The highlight of the lower level of this home is an additional family room we call The Ocean Room, with a second 65-inch HD TV and an adjacent wet bar for your convenience, as well as passage to the refreshing pool. The lower level also possesses 3 more extensive bedrooms for your luxury, and an adjacent a laundry room for convenience. Guests love the extravagant pool and plunge pool.
