Here's why this was great:
1. proximity to the beach was great, 4 house walk to the private beach path. and the beach was beautiful!
2. the private pool was perfect for our family. so nice to be able to put dinner in the oven and go downstairs and sit by the pool. pool was smaller, but it worked for our young kid. bunch of pool toys too.
3. property was awesome! great bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of towels, it wasn't decorated with the beach kitsch. it was nice. lots of games, books, and puzzles, comfy couches, enough space. it was everything we needed.
4. the check in/out process was super easy. no hoops to jump through just an email with all the necessary info. seamless.

This house was perfect for our family. It was well equipped with a new gas grill and pool, hot tub, washer/dryer etc. Convenient to get to the beach as well as grocery shopping, restaurants etc. The owners were very responsive and helped us with questions on how to heat the pool and hot tub and how to use the new TVs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was one of the best pet-friendly homes we jace rented as the entire backyard had secure fencing and the deck had a gate on it too.

We enjoyed the Layout of the house as the two larger rooms were great for two of our families that had small children and pack and plays. Walk to the beach was super easy and the pool although on the smaller side was great for our little kids.
The only disappointment we had was how awful the mosquitoes were, to the point that we didn’t use the pool and porch as much as we would have liked because we were all getting some many bites. We even purchased candles and thermacells and it still didn’t seem to help.
All and all property was great and communication with our host was very easy.

As with almost all rentals, getting good quality nonstick pans is an issue. It’s always a challenge he for those who prefer to cook rather than go out. We had all the comforts of home and felt comfortable and safe in the area. Quiet and as the listing says a short 2 min walk to the beach! Overall a great stay.

Overall, it was an outstanding vacation. The location is ideal. Most of our needs were met in the home. I will note 3 disappointments: The hot tub was not. Never hot and we were looking forward to this as we are aging and arthritic! The pool was great but it looked dirty. It was not dirty (I swam) but the concrete lining was discolored. Did not photograph well! Not all electrical outlets were functioning.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

Very clean and lay out of this home made it perfect for our family vacation . Having 2 fridges and washer/dryers units was really helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Just a few minutes walk to beach and neighborhood quiet. Crystal made sure we had all our questions answered. Keeping on our favorite list for future visits

We had an amazing week! The house was very close to the beach and the pool was great to have. The sun deck was a great place for afternoon naps. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Crystal was very quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay again.

So close to the beach. Perfect location for families with children. Beach was not crowded. Home was very clean. Two living areas (gave a good separation between the adults and the older kids/tweens). Nice big deck. We were able to feed the kids on the deck in their swimsuits and stargaze from it at night.

This house is perfect for two families. The walk to the beach is very easy, which is great when you are traveling with children. Crystal is a great host and responded to my questions within minutes! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property! The house is tucked into a nice neighborhood near Folly Field Beach. You are about a 2 to 3 minute walk to the beach entrance. The area is very quiet and the house is great for one or two families. The pool was amazing! We spent more time in the pool and hot tub than the beach. The house was fully stocked with all basic needs and was very clean, updated and comfortable. You are about a 10 or 15 minute drive from Coligny Beach area which is also highly recommended. The owners were very responsive to any questions and provided great instructions.

We had the best week on HHI and all aspects of the house exceeded our expectations. You can tell a lot of care was put into making recent upgrades. The house is spacious and the pool and deck were perfect for our family. The beach is a very short (under 5 minute) walk, which made it great for going from beach to pool and back, grabbing lunch, letting family members split their time however they wanted, and easy early morning walks. No one felt like they had to get to the beach and stay for hours because it was just a quick walk home. The home owners were very responsive and flexible which was much appreciated, too!

We had two families (4 adults and three children under 10) stay and the property was a perfect fit. The two levels allowed both families to have some privacy and the main floor was big enough to enjoy being all together. The heated pool was smaller but plenty big for our children to have a blast even with outside temps hovering around 70 all week. The property is located close to a well groomed and less crowded beach. The property owners were VERY responsive and answered questions and addressed any issues IMMEDIATELY and to our satisfaction. It was just the right property and just what we needed for a great week-long get-away.

2 minute walk to the beach that was outstanding! The home was clean with extra comfy seating and beds. The bathrooms are updated and so nice! Fully stocked kitchen was outstanding. 2 sets of washers and dryers made laundry a breeze. Hot tub was awesome and top deck made for some wonderful dinners under the moonlight. The homes on either side were a bit close but inside is completely private. Home is bigger than in the pictures with plenty of space for the whole family. Fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs. We had a couple of small issues but the owner answered right away and took care of everything for us. The inside of the home is amazing! It seems brand new! The amount of towels they provided went above and beyond. This home exceeded our expectations and we did not want to leave! Don't miss out on this beautiful home.

The house is truly a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our group enjoyed the layout of the house being able to be together or enjoy some quiet time. The neighborhood was quiet Crystal was super responsive and helpful. The check in/check out was super easy. Absolutely would rent this house again

Our group had 6 adults, 2 toddlers and small dogs . This house is very spacious and allowed us to put the kids to bed and have adult time with playing games in basement. The bedrooms are huge and the beds were like a dream. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking but could use a knife set. The house is all Beautifully Tiled except stairs and that was a huge plus to us. There are two refrigerators and two washer/dryer which also made life easier. The walk to the beach path was less than 5 minutes and then a few minutes walk down the path to reach the sand . Very easy to reach the beach. The pool was just the right size for us and the grandkids loved it. The pool was cleaned Twice while we were there which was nice because there are a lot Of berries from the palm trees that get in it. We rented bicycles from Bike Dr there are a lot of spots to ride them around the home. Jarvis Creek Park is near to home as well where we took the kids to see alligators and also saw a lot of turtles. We were very happy staying at this home and will be back next year. We had to reach out to owners while we were there about washer and they were very responsive . Our first trip to Hilton Head was amazing!
