Sleeps 10 people. Fireplace, large deck, charcoal grill, gas grill and screened in porch add to this fourth row location. (Truly) Less than two minutes to the beach, this home is a great value for one large or two small families. Downstairs has a king in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom, two baths, a kitchen, and a living area. Upstairs has a king in the master, a guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a living area with sofa, kitchen, dining area and a full bath. 4 TVs, DVD. Large Flat screen TV's with HD package in the living room and the Master bedroom. This property also offers washer/dryer on each level. Pet friendly home (a non-refundable pet fee). Free high speed wireless internet access. Heat-able pool & Jacuzzi for additional fee. Enjoy The New Gas Grill Poolside uncrowded beach Convenient to bicycle path, restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, & entertainment. Lovely place near ocean nice neighborhood nice space small pool but, enjoyable.. If I had any thing to say it would be Need new hardware for upstairs bathroom . Upstairs lock didn’t work very well. The one with box to open it lock ed well inside and out .Got it to work outside sometimes. Downstairs lock had a lock that wasn’t up to par the one without box . These weren’t bad just needs minor little things . But overall I give it a 5star review The ocean was wonderful . The walk was exactly as stated. The neighbors were very nice . Everything you needed stocked . Love our time Away with my Family Thanks so much for all of your help called back or message me everytime . Crystal was a very sweet person we really enjoyed our stay Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us .Would stay again when we come back to to Hilton head South Carolina lovely house. Lucy, thanks again.

If you are looking for the perfect home away from home that is spacious, clean and modern, in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood, is minutes to the beach and ocean, and has a pool and hot tub and spacious deck for hanging out, then this is the place for you!!! Complete with anything you could ever need, this home makes it easy to prepare meals in the kitchen and on the brand new grills. The owner Crystal and her family make you feel so welcome and all communication was prompt and helpful. This is my family’s favorite place in HHI now and we will definitely be returning!
