Nestled in South Forest Beach, this attractive house for $269 per night is a great choice for your next break. Park your car and relax in this inviting, totally renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse villa located in the heart of South Forest Beach in Seascape Villas directly across the street from the ocean, a 5 minute walk. We are nestled between Coligny Plaza (wonderful shopping, dining and entertainment) and the Ocean Gate entrance to Sea Pines (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog, shopping, dining and entertainment). The complex sits on lush, naturally landscaped grounds with lagoons and walking trails. There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners & guests. The cabana includes outside showers and separate male & female restrooms so you don't have to run back to the townhouse for those emergency bathroom breaks. There are two pools located on the grounds and also direct access to the wonderful bike paths on the island. WE HAVE ARRANGEMENTS WITH RIDING TIGERS BIKE RENTALS FOR DISCOUNTED PRICING ON BIKE RENTALS FOR OUR GUESTS. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO RESERVE YOUR BIKES. Newly renovated two story townhome, two bedrooms, two bathrooms located in the South Forest Beach area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor and the living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor. This high end renovation has a cooks quality kitchen with all NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES PLUS full size laundry. Comfortable living room with new furniture, HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi, plus a balcony with a grill that overlooks a turtle lagoon. Walk or bicycle to famous Coligny Plaza with over 60 local shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Sun and fun in one place, what more could you ask for! Hurricane Season runs from the beginning of June to the end of November. We loved our home away from home. We were just planning a quick long weekend beach trip, wish we could have stayed longer. I’m a beach girl and love to stay on the ocean but I actually enjoyed the turtles and the location of our condo. It was cozy and had everything we needed and more. We loved it here!

When we arrived, the place had a strong odor, like the vents didn't work. Looking further we found crumbs in the refrigerator; the walls had dirty stains, unfinished wall patching, a dirty shower door, old, worn towels, and an overall dusty place. When we called the host, she explained this was a candle fragrance. She was unapologetic, and when we asked, she didn't have other properties. Instead, she was worried about her ratings and wanted us to cancel the booking. She promised to send a refund but stopped responding to our messages/calls or VRBO customer services. I have stayed in many other properties at the beach; this is the worst one. So many awesome ratings of this property misled us.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was such a great experience that I would like to share it. First of all Gina was such a great host!! Always available to communicate and so helpful. The place was excellent all around. It was close to everything, supermarkets, stores, restaurants etc. the walk to the beach is so easy and it’s so nice to walk around the lake. Gina thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. From the well stocked kitchen, towels, cooler, beach chairs, outside grill, even a beach cart to carry everything you need to the beach. There was a book inside the villa with info on restaurants, supermarkets, pizza places and even a map with directions on how to get from the villa to the beach. We will definitely stay here again, when we visit Hilton Head. Thank you Gina

This place is great. Very clean and comfortable. Owner is very easy to work with. The walk is a little more than we expected, but a 65 year old with a broke foot could handle it. Other than some non stop cold rain, this has been our favorite vacation. We will come back.

Lovely property located perfectly to explore the island or take some time at the beach. Our children absolutely loved the turtles you can see daily out your back door, this was almost an activity itself! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and proximity to Coligny beach. My only complaint is that the king sized bed is firm (personal preference nothing wrong with the bed). Overall, would rent again!!

The property met all of our needs and had a good location. Short walk to the beach and convenient to shops and dining. Very well stocked with all of the kitchen equipment you could need. The provided beach equipment was a huge plus!! Enjoyed watching the turtles swimming around as well. Like others have said, bathrooms are only on the second floor which is inconvenient but not a show stopper. The bed in the master is quite firm but the kids slept great in the second bedroom. No issues encountered and the owner was super responsive! If you do choose to rent beach chairs/umbrellas let them know you are closest to marker #54. Also, two of the bridges on the property are currently not available so the walk to the beach is a bit different than noted in the unit. Still very easy to get there though. There IS a pool available, we just didn’t find it until close to the end of our trip.

The unit was as expected. Very well stocked and clean, air conditioner was great ( 106 heat index ). The extra beach items made the trip to beach little easier. We had a great time for a short stay. Thanks

The apartment was a short ten minute walk to the beach. The hosts had chairs, a cart, umbrella etc that made it very enjoyable. The apartment was also a 2 minute walk from the pool which was lovely. Additionally the host was very responsive when we ran out of propane for the grill and we really appreciated it.

My stay at this property was perfect. This property came equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The only negative (small negative) is the bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend booking this property.

We enjoyed our stay! When a few things are better than the pictures, that’s a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is a little long, but the wagon and the road and path are great, so no problem. The furniture is a little older, but sturdy. The bed was very comfortable. It was great!

The property was super clean upon arrival. We loved the quick walk to the beach, the warm ocean water and close proximity to shops, restaurants and bike paths. Owner was accommodating, quick to respond and helpful with our questions and her advice to rent bikes and beach umbrellas ahead of time was a terrific idea. We would rent from her again.

Condo was extremely clean and had comfortable beds. Perfect location less than 10 min walk to the beach and the pool was right around the corner. The place also had a beach carrier to help pack all of our belongings. Enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again.

The place was ok, I won’t say it was bad but it definitely was not nice, nor worth the amount of money it cost. The place needs a lot to work, it was dirty and needs new paint on the walls. It could definitely use a good deep clean. Owner was nice and responsive, and the location is good.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in HHI. The property provided everything we needed except for curtains for the living area glass door. Curtains would have been nice. The beach was a little farther than 5 minutes away to walk to but not too bad. We stayed in the very back of the property. It was nice and quiet. We had fun feeding the turtles and I can’t leave out how impressed I was with Gina our host. She was quick to respond when I needed help with the TV. Thank you again Gina for a great stay!

Quiet location at the back of the community. Next time we’ll stay in a unit closer to the beach. Fun feeding turtles and seeing the community’s alligator at times. Gina is quick to respond to text messages. We needed a blender and she arranged for us to get one within a few hours. 4 stars for cleanliness because of the carpet on the stairs, everything else was very clean.
