Located in South Forest Beach, this charming condo for $285 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 🌴Enjoy the pools or a direct pool view from your screened porch OR have the “Beach Life” with only a short walk to the ocean which provides endless possibilities of all day fun.🌴 **Consider Booking in summer months ( June-Mid August) from Sunday to Sunday, this helps to ensure cleaning is complete before arrival, Saturday is the heaviest travel day in HH** Beautifully decorated Villa, 2nd floor unit , famous Coligny shopping and the beach an easy short walk away. The walk time is all depending on your party size, age and ability. (For me and our family its 7-8 min. easy walk to beach, with my parents its longer but all easy with dedicated walking path) Also you can access the beach, shopping and Coligny with a quick bike ride! This unit has a fully equipped kitchen including full size washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella provided along with a rolling cooler & beach buggy to get all your things there! Enjoy a cold drink and the pool views off the screened in porch! Walk to one of 3 pools,[ open April1-October 31] one of which is directly behind your get away home! First come first serve tennis court on property. Golfing is abundant with Shipyard and Sea Pines only a 5 min. drive away. Come see for yourself and relax at your new home away from home. You will fall in love with everything that it has to offer-just as we did! WE STRONGLY ADVISE purchasing inexpensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected event such as sickness, weather, accident etc.. to be able to plan travel without worry of losing any money on your much needed vacation if you needed to cancel. 2 Car Parking passes are allowed per villa. PLEASE MAKE NOTE: NO PARTIES allowed, Quite hours 10pm-8am, strictly enforced via HOA Maximum 6 Total Guests Please No Smoking Please No Pets (due to family allergies) Must be 25 yrs Old to Rent POOLS OPEN APRIL 1 - OCTOBER 31 NO Charcoal or Gas grills on property per HOA (fire codes)

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for years. We utilizes hotels in the past, however this year we wanted to try something different. The property was very tidy, clean, and in an amazing location. Mrs. Lisa did an amazing job with communicating and answering any questions we had. We have plans to utilize this vacation rental again.

We came to HH for a family wedding. My husband and our older boys and a friend. We had plenty of room and the home was very clean and in a peaceful setting. We will definitely go back.

Visited Hilton Head to see our son get married on the beach. The home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We found the screened in porch to be delightful. Would stay again and recommend.

Had a really nice time with the family including our 9 month old grandson. All amenities described in the listing were accurate. The property owner made the place very beachy and comfortable. Loved the fact that we had a pool virtually right outside our unit. Nice place.

Great place to stay. Our party of 5 stayed here and loved it. The fact the my daughters boyfriend who traveled with us had his own upstairs space was perfect. We walked to the beach most mornings. 7 minute walk was spot on. Lisa was great with communication.

We had an excellent stay. Lisa has thought of everything you would need to rent her place. So much information regarding Hilton Head at our fingertips. The condo was perfect and we enjoyed the pool and the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. I would not hesitate to recommend her place. So close to everything.!

One of the nicer condos we've staid in at Hilton Head. Updated spaces and newer appliances. Kitchen was very well supplied. Walk to beach was as advertised and for older kids or adults would be easy, but was a bit much for our 3yo to walk. Nice pool immediately behind condo. No issues neighbors/noise, seems like good amount of owners as everyone walking their dogs seemed know each other. Great beach vacation spot!

This was a fantastic place to stay. I kind of don’t want to leave a good review because then it’ll be harder to book in the future! The place has an open and airy feeling to it. I appreciate the extra touches, like sample sized shampoo/conditioner in case you forget to bring it. Location is excellent. Easy access to everything. It’s right next to one of the pools on property. And we were able to load up beach supplies (provided by our host!) and walk to the beach, even with the kids. We truly can’t wait to book it again and get another chance to explore the island.

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was beautiful and connected to the living room which was perfect for our kids. The beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels in the gorgeous bathrooms.

This place was just perfect for our family of four for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Very clean , meticulously and beautifully decorated ; we felt right at home . Perfect location to ride bikes to our friend’s house , beach and coligny . Highly recommend !!

Clean and comfortable just like home. Location was perfect to the beach about 7 minutes. Also close about a 5 minute drive to anything you needed as far as groceries and snacks. So much to do in the area that we will have to come back for more because we couldn't do it all.

The apartment was great for my family. Each of my kids got their own room and bathroom. The apartment was furnished nicely and was very comfortable. The location was a very short walk to the beach, and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

My family of 6+ grand daughter stayed in Lisa’s condo in June. The rooms were clean, lots of room, and also the perfect location to go to Coligny beach and the pool was in the back yard. Access to the beach across the street was very convenient with a little one and would recommend this condo for families! Thank you Lisa for being a wonderful host!

The property was just as listed and met ALL of our expectations and then some! Lisa was very easy to get ahold of in the few instances we had questions. The location was great being so close to one of the pools within the condo complex as well as being well located to the beach, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options! If we are ever to make our way down to Hilton Head again, we wouldn’t even begin to hesitate to book this condo with Lisa!!

Very clean, great location, as others have said owner very responsive. Provided pinpoint instructions for resort and unit location. Little details throughout, like extension cords for charging devices. Labels on switches, etc. was nice. We always start mornings with coffee and conversation on the balcony when on HHI, first unit we stayed at with it screened in. Not dealing with bugs and droppings was comforting. Lisa is a great host and very responsive. Right next to the pool which is great for the kids. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach if you can take the shortcut, but if you have a stroller like we do it's best to go to the main entry for the public beach, which is probably 20 minutes. 10/10 would stay again.
