Water Wheel L203 is a fully upgraded second-floor unit with stairs and an elevator, offering plenty of space and a private balcony. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: King 2nd Bedroom: Queen 3rd Bedroom: 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! Property grills are located down the green area with picnic tables going down toward the second pool and Guadalupe River access. Water Wheel Resort Condominiums sits on Guadalupe Riverfront property with 2 Pools and 4 Hot tubs! -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Guadalupe River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 5 minutes over to River Acres Parks off of the Common Street Bridge, get in, and float down to the private Water Wheel Resort riverbank (make sure you’re wearing the property specific wristband!) and repeat for free all day long! -Take advantage of the beautiful green area on property, bring some lawn chairs to sit and have a day on the riverbank with the convenience of staying on property for lunch and bathroom breaks. -A quick 10-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! - Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) About a 2 hour float! Walk back to Water Wheel about 15 minutes! --Take a brisk 20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 10-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. Pet-friendly unit with additional fees. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot close to the front door of the condo while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is first-come, first-served on Mather St. running parallel to the condo complex. Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Water Wheel are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!

The property was just as the picture represented. It was very clean and plenty of room for 7 adults. Great access to the river and town. The pool was great. We had a fabulous time.

Great location. Good layout and bed space. Second bathroom is a little small (shower is TINY). Coffee maker didn’t work but lucky for us we had friends staying in a different spot and we could use theirs. This unit is in the same building as K and J and close to the smaller of the pools on property and farthest from the river.

2 pools were nice and clean and the part of the property that connects to the river is beautiful, if a little rustic.

We brought our entire family for some fun on the river and lake. The location was good and the condo itself was very clean and well decorated. There was ample room for the 6 of us. There was enough warning before hand from the listing and details sent but just be prepared to bring all cooking seasonings and oils if needed because there was only salt and pepper. Also, there was toilet paper but no tissues and limited paper towels. None of this was a negative, just forewarning. Overall great place and location.

River City Resorts have been pleasant and timely with requests and any issues we have had. As we are winter Texans and stay for 3 months a new vacuum (the one provided pushes dirt and dust around - no suction) and mop system are required to make reasonable cleaning possible. Had to borrow vacuums from friends during our stay. Not weekenders or short term renters and treat our unit as our home. Overall pleased with our winter getaway.

We were impressed with the size of this condo. It was in a great location and we enjoyed the river access and full kitchen.

The condo was very nice and all the amenities were nice. Only issue was the security guard was a bit pushy. Several of us lost our wrist bands while floating the river and he kept stopping us on our last day at 7:00pm that we needed to contact management and get new ones. I seriously doubt we would get new ones before we checked out the next morning.

This condo was the perfect location. Close to everything, including river, Schlitterbahn, restaurants and more. We saw deer on the premises every evening and morning. The condo itself was completely updated with all the amenities of home. Very clean. Very comfortable. Will be going back. We had 3 adults and 4 kids aged 5-15.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Beautiful access to the Guadalupe River. Good location between the downtown old shops of New Braunfuls and Gruene, Texas. Great place for family from Ohio and Texas to spend precious time with 100 year old mother.

The location of the condo complex is great - close to Schlitterbahn & restaurants. Size of the unit is very spacious - plenty of room for everyone, very clean & beds were comfy. Only “issues” we encountered were with the common areas/pools being dirty but we arrived on Sunday and pool is cleaned on Mondays. Other guests left trash at the bottom of the stairs each night and while there is ample parking, people still managed to park in the wrong spots. Bring your own items to play games, cook, or if you are long stay - kitchen is sparsely stocked compared to others we have rented in the past. Also hopefully you won’t have upstairs tenants because you hear EVERY movement they make.
