This is a large Hollywood Hills home split into 2 private sections:
The section for rent is 2 stories and has a private entrance, private parking, 2 bed, 2 bath (1 queen and 1 California king).
2 cushioned floor mats are provided for additional guests
Towels and sheets provided.
Spacious living room/dining room with wood burning fireplace and wet bar.
Central Air Conditioning and Heating available
Kitchenette with sink, 2 fridges (1 full size and 1 medium size), coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster oven, hotplate, sandwich press, crockpot & ice cooler. Dishes, pots, pans & kitchen utensils provided. Please note that there is no oven, but full meals can be prepared using the amenities provided, including the gas burner on the BBQ grill.
iPod speaker with auxiliary cable for phone, tablet or laptop.
Television with APPLE TV & DVD library available.
Beachwood Village grocery store and coffee shop conveniently located a mile away.
Convenient access to Universal Studios, the historic Sunset and Hollywood Boulevards, theaters, cinemas, bars, clubs, restaurants, buses and metro.

Beautiful residence nestled atop the Hollywood Hills. Quiet neighborhood with free parking, but near enough to so much. The accommodations felt like a home, not a rental. Vintage furniture, not cheap IKEA knock offs. Really enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the private deck with a view of the Hollywood sign. Communication was easy and personable. I wish I had more days to stay in this home, and I’ll certainly look to stay again anytime I plan to visit Los Angeles.Ideal stay for families or a couple of couples.

Very clean space. Patio was wonderful and overall the space was beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and always available. The only thing we missed were countertops and space in the kitchenette as well as kitchen tools. The kitchenette sink is small, making it very challenging to do dishes/clean up. However, there was plenty of fridge and shelving space to store dry foods. It would have also been helpful to have a standard ironing board. The one provided was small and needs to be used on the floor, it made it challenging to iron effectively. Outside of those nit picky critiques, I would highly recommend staying at this property and I would stay there again.
