PLEASE NOTE: • Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday. • Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. • These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions. This incredible newly remodeled and well equipped beach home has great beach access and is the perfect spot to spend your vacation in Cayucos. The home includes a large front deck perfect for enjoying the sunsets, outdoor dining and hanging out with friends and family. The home has three bedrooms, two baths, a stunning kitchen and enjoys ocean peak views from the living room and deck. Secure your vacation today at this amazing Cayucos beach home! Home Features: Master Bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. Second Bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. Third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and nice additional seating area with access to the back patio. First bathroom features a shower/tub combination The second bathroom has a step in shower and laundry area for guest use The deck includes a nice dining set, chaise lounges and a high end propane grill. The living room with flat screen TV and DVD is comfortable and enjoys a peak ocean view. The kitchen is well equipped for meals and there is laundry on site. There’s a back patio area with ping pong table, additional seating and lounges, and parking is easy. NO PETS and NO SMOKING. This is strictly enforced. URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

Cross the street and you are on the beach! The house was well equipped and comfortable for adults and teens. An easy walk to the town and peaceful, quiet nights. It is an easy drive up the coast to visit the elephant seals. Shells and rocks for the collectors and space for everyone.
We'll book this again for family get togethers!

This house was perfect for my little family. It had amazing space for my kids to feel right at home. The view of the ocean from the front window really was the frosting on the cake for us. I’ve always visited Cayucos during this time of year but this was the first time taking my own little family and I truly fell in love with the neighborhood and the fact the coastal access is a light 2 minute walk. I most definitely think this will be our go to vacation house in the future.

We loved the music minimalist style of the house. An outdoor shower would’ve been nice but the hose served it’s purpose. Well equipped otherwise. We love Cayucos!

Can't beat the short distance to the beach. House was clean, beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Only difficulty was with the fun front door lock.

Clean and comfortable property; recent renovation/updating very nice. Quiet neighborhood; we felt safe. It was a plus to see the ocean through the front living room window, and very convenient to walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The rain and cold kept us from using the grill and the deck out front, but it would be great in warmer weather. We enjoyed lounging on the nice leather reclining sofa and chair in front of the gas fireplace in the living room. We did need to make use of the space heaters in each bedroom, however. It would be helpful to have a lamp on one of the end tables in the living room, and a nightstand with a lamp next to the bed in the rear bedroom. I know others have mentioned this, but the dryer needs to be vented to the outside. We enjoyed our stay, and this house was a good value. Thank you.

This is a sweet and comfortable home, with upgraded furniture and fixtures throughout. We were a 3-generation group of 7, and we all appreciated the details and location of this rental. The kitchen is excellently equipped (including a rice cooker!), and the reclining seats in the living room were much admired by our teenagers. We loved our stay and hope to return to the area again.

Lovely Beach Getaway
THe property was clean, the beds were super comfortable and it had all the kitchen accessories needed for a great stay! The bonus was listening to the waves crash as you went to sleep!

Charming Beach house
Cayucos is our family’s favorite vacation location. This year our kids (all in their 20’s) asked “Santa” for a trip to Cayucos in lieu of gifts. This little beach house is very charming and cute. Although small, it was was very comfortable. Location to the beach and down town was fabulous!
Having the patio deck with the gas bbq at the front of the house was a little odd at first, but if was perfect to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset.
In the house, The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of dishes and quite a few pots, pans and appliances. Oven and electric range worked but are a little worn. The range hood could use a thorough cleaning.
Bedrooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. Some of the lamps needed light bulbs. Both bathrooms were very clean. Water temperature in bath room with the tub was warm, while the shower in the second bathroom/laundry room was nice and hot.
Overall it was a wonderful Christmas and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

House was older but nice, roomy and clean. 3 minute walk to the beach was great. I would stay again. Only down side us check in time. 4pm is to late it should be 2-3 pm.

Functional property right across street from beach and a mile from restaurants and shops - great location!! The house slept four of us comfortably. It's a little dated but everything worked fine. The front deck was great - enjoyed sitting there listening to the waves and enjoying phenomenal central coast weather.

The property was well located. The house is a bit long in the tooth. Kitchen cabinets don't close.. Rugs could be replaced... The garbage disposal makes a terrible noise so needs an upgrade.. The property manager came over to repair the BBQ and was super nice. The staff was very nice as well.
