Located in Sarasota, this charming house for $154 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully renovated, boasting a kitchen with a large island, large family room complete with sectional couch and fireplace, and a dining room that seats 8. Relax and unwind in the spacious, backyard that includes a screened lanai with a TV and couch, and an outside eating and lounging area. Or hop on the Legacy Trail that runs right along the back of the property. The trail is perfect for walkers, joggers and bicyclists that runs all the way from Bahia Vista Street in Sarasota down to Venice Avenue in Venice to create a 21.5 mile stretch of path. The house even has a small kids area with a table, chairs, toys, and books. We have furnished the house with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable including beach items like chairs, coolers, towels, toys, umbrella, and beach cart. Located only 1 mile from Pinecraft, Sarasota's very own Amish community, and 8.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, voted USA's #1 beach! This home sits on a quiet street and is centrally located to everything Sarasota has to offer.

This home is a great lay out that provides tons of space, inside and out. Nice quiet community close to everything (centrally located). The owner has taken EXTRODINARY care with the details. I was very impressed with not just the basics but the MANY extras she provided to ensure you wanted for nothing. I would 100% recommend this home and will absolutely rent it again in the future.

This was the second year we have stayed at this property at thanksgiving. It is the perfect place for us to stay while we visit our children and grandchildren. It has plenty of space to visit and entertain our family. We will definitely rent this property again.

We enjoyed this house so much. It truly felt like a home. Very clean. Comfortable bed , which is saying a lot for me. Kitchen was wonderful and fully stocked. If we could give this home more than 5 stars we would! It exceeded our expectations. Jennifer was great to work with and very responsive. The location was perfect, the home is spotless and has all the amenities you will need. The AC kept the house very comfortable. Master bedroom mattress was the MOST comfortable I've ever slept on. If you are a coffee lover this house has a designated coffee station with all the fixings. The house has many little touches that we noticed and appreciated. Make up face towel is a brilliant idea in fact every hotel/rental should have these. Very comfortable beautiful home. We will 100% be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We went down to FL for our annual family vacation. This year we decided to visit some of my wife’s friends in Sarasota area. The house lived up to our expectations. The house is very well kept and neat. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who plans a trip to the Sarasota area. The host and house are top notch. We plan on staying here again when we come back down. Simply the best!!

As a first timer using Vrbo, this property surely set the bar high!!! If you are reading this and other five star reviews, believe everything everyone is saying!!! This property is phenomenal! Fully stocked and clean, clean, clean! My family stayed 7 days, and we all agreed we felt like residents because everything was literally so perfect! From the location to all of the home amenities! Before we even arrived Jen checked with us to see if we needed anything and made extra effort to get an item we needed which was so appreciated. She had pack n plays set up and lights on when we arrived. The house was very clean, organized and welcoming. It was stocked with all kinds of things that made our stay so great—The coffee bar, condiments, paper products, laundry items, & toiletries were awesome to not have to go purchase. We travelled with our 4 young kids and this house was set up great for kids. There is a cute little table with coloring items & toys, pack n play, high chair, booster seat, & sippy cups. One of the things we appreciated the most was all of the things for the beach—they have it all—chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, knee boards, coolers, a beach cart, towels. This house was perfect for our family of six! We felt well taken care of and right at home!! Thanks for sharing your awesome home with us!

This property was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked and the showers were very nice. It was extremely clean and Jennifer, the host was attentive and accommodating. Great outdoor environment. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. What a great place to relax and feel at home.

We have stayed in a lot of rentals and can tell you this is a GREAT one, and this host goes above and beyond! It is nicer and more spacious in person than it looks in the pictures, and it was perfect for our quick weekend at a family wedding. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and plenty of space! We had absolutely ALL of the comforts of home and this home was incredibly well-stocked with thoughtful items! The coffee bar is fully loaded with different flavors of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, and even immune supplements! We made pies for the family wedding reception and the kitchen was incredible. I brought all of my own ingredients and had the pleasure of using the HUGE island to prep! It was wonderful. You do not need to bring anything but food and even then, there are tons of spices and starter items to help you! There are beach items we could have used in the garage, but we didn't have time for the beach. Maybe next time! We were also very appreciative of the home owners communicating with us prior to Hurricane Nicole hitting FL and they were gracious enough to be flexible with our travel arrangements changing. We had a great, but quick weekend and we would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Felt at home the moment we walked in. Such a beautiful home and so clean!! Had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Loved the back screened in patio area and the outside patio area is so big. Jen was such a great host, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this wonderful house. It was probably more well-stocked than my own house! From spices, kitchenware, towels, linens, detergent, coffee, etc. The location was perfect to the dragon boat paddling racing site. Not to mention the beaches, grocery stores, and Costco. Will definitely be back when we're racing in Sarasota again.
