The condo was perfect; everything we could need was provided, and the unit was clean and tasteful. The other residents/guests were friendly and helpful, but unobtrusive. Steve the HOA president is a super nice guy and keeps the property perfectly pleasant. Joe (owner) is very responsive to any question. The river is as beautiful as ever, and the easy drive to Silver Springs, Ocala, Cedar Key are all must-sees; the 2-hr drive to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach etc are well worth the drive. Once again, a perfect visit to Joe's condo!

I enjoyed my stay here. I especially enjoyed watching all of the wild life out on the water. It was the perfect little retreat from “life”. Joe was a wonderful host. The house had everything I needed to cook, clean and feel like I was home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for those who enjoy kayaking, golf and good food. Joe's 2 kayaks made it easy to launch right from the condo complex and explore the beautiful Withlacoochee and Rainbow rivers. Several affordable golf courses within 30 minutes. Many great restaurants to try. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. Joe was easy to contact and quick to respond to the few questions we had. Highly recommend!

This isn’t our first stay at the landings. Our room this time was awesome we had plenty of room , all the amenities and nothing to worry about

The property was exactly as listed. The host was very helpful and check on us throughout our stay to confirm everything was to our liking. The view from the balcony is lovely and having it screened in to prevent debris and pests made that space even more useful for us. The entire condo complex was very peaceful and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely book this unit again when we return to the area.

The property was great. Our family had an amazing time. We enjoyed the pool, and even did some fishing. Residents we did meet were very friendly. Owner was always available if we had any questions. Definitely will rent again

The condo is conveniently located in Dunnellon along the river within walking distance of several restaurants. There is a nice screened balcony and access to the pool, hot tub, patio and decking areas, and use of two kayaks. The folks who are owners were friendly but not intrusive. The pool was usually empty and very comfortable. The unit is quiet and well appointed. The folks at the property are generally older, so as others have said, this may not be the best place for small children. There are quite a few flights of stairs so that may be an issue for some folks. The decor and furnishings are a bit dated but still very functional and the beds are comfortable. A washer & dryer in the unit is a nice convenience. The owner (Joe) was very helpful and readily accessible. Check-in is a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental.

I on the other hand liked the fact they were looking out so closely for the property. I felt very safe leaving our 4 kayaks on the trailer with no fear of them being messed with. It's was kind of like having our own little security crew. The complex could use some updates but it was a clean complex and great for the money.

This location is great but the property feels like a retirement community. There was no youthful aura to the place. The "live-ins" weren't very friendly and were constantly dropping hints that they were watching us. One even called our renter and stated we has more tenants than was allowed, which was untrue. Another ran our niece out of the hot tub stating she had to be 12 years old to use it, there's no sign posted to validate that. The biggest disappointment was the one that started he had "something better than a flashlight to light us up with" if we messed with his boat as he stood on his porch alonh with the "pool police" watching us fish from the only docks available. The unit itself was ok but the furniture and appliances are from the 80s and need replacing. And there's stairs everywhere. Soooo many stairs.

We stayed for 8 days at The Landings, and loved every minute! This was our 3rd vacation at The Landings, and Joe's condo is perfect - spacious and comfortable, very clean, well furnished and every single thing we could need was provided. The pool was perfect and we had the entire pool area to ourselves whenever we went. We brought our boat and were given a great boat slip right in front of our condo, and had no qualms leaving our gear in the boat overnight. Joe, the Owner, is super responsive and very easy to work with. Steve, the on-site HOA President, went above & beyond to help us with our boat & trailer needs, and even shared the latest fishing tips and reports. The Withlacoochee River is stunningly beautiful, with bonus great fishing! We caught several trophy bass and plenty of fish altogether. We had was an easy 2-hour drive south to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and 45 minutes to Ocala National Forest, and maybe an hour drive north to quaint and pleasant Cedar Key where we had some incredible seafood at Steamers Clam Bar & Grill on the waterfront. Our condo at The Landings was a beautiful, peaceful home base for all our Florida adventures, and we highly recommend it!

Owner was extremely accommodating and quick to answer my questions before and during my stay. Rental was nice and clean, and boat access was right next to the rental.

We came to Dunnellon for a week to do some work and take a mini-vacation. The condo we rented was a perfect setting for our needs, clean and just the right size for a couple or two. The town itself was a delight with several good restaurants and markets to provision the condo. Make sure to visit the Rainbow River, there is a state park, and numerous private concerns that rent kayaks, canoes and inflatable tubes for the public.

The location for my needs was great. The view superb. The management helpful and responsive. The place is clean and well equipped. I will be back. Thanks Joe!
