About this condo rental
Situated in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $975 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. As of May 19, 2023 our brand new hot tub has been installed and is ready for the summer. As of July 25, 2022, we have replaced the old grill in the pictures with a new Blaze grill (not pictured). We have all new Roku TVs that are wall mounted (not pictured). So my unit is better than the photos show. Turn off the news and escape to the beach! Plenty of sunshine and clean air, and lots of space to social distance. The kitchen is fully stocked with housewares for cooking, plus the brand new gas grill on the balcony. Quit staring at the same 4 walls in your house, watching too much awful news, and dreaming of travel. Drive over to Orange Beach and live in another luxurious world for a while! Besides frolicking on the sand, you can just sit back and sip a beverage on the balcony or relax in the hot tub while listening to the soothing ocean waves. Everyone loves Pelican Paradise at Turquoise Place! Please read my 115 five star reviews. My place is on the 23rd floor . . . you won't hear any noise from the pool, just the relaxing sounds of the ocean waves! ********************************************************** Alabama Business License #2023-2922 This is a beautiful, first class condo in the premier Turquoise Place Towers. It is brand spanking new in the newer C building. The unit can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a large family room and dining area that seats 12. The master bedroom is attached to the balcony. This property is amazing. The owner Sylvia is awesome. She has everything covered in this condo. It is very clean and stocked with anything you might need. The hot tub is amazing. We stayed in Oct so the evenings and mornings were perfect for a hot tub and afternoons at the beach. The other amenities around the property are also very well taken care of....steam room, sauna, and indoor/outdoor pools. Our family will be back.

This was one of the nicest condo’s our family has stayed in at Orange Beach! It had everything you could imagine that you might need in the unit for you. Sylvia was extremely helpful and provided all the details before arriving along with answering anything we may need during our stay. We definitely plan to book this one again!

Pictures do not do this place justice!! My wife and I had the most amazing experience, the unit is more like a house, it has absolutely everything we wanted!! The view from the hot tub on the balcony is beyond beautiful!

Enjoyed 4 nights at this generously appointed condo in Orange Beach. Every detail is covered. Anything you need to enjoy the sun and sand. Beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, to name a few. Condo is beautifully furnished and cozy. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying here and our host Sylvia was fantastic and had everything prepared for our stay. The beachfront view is incredible and you’re steps away from the beach. Even on cloudy days, we were able to use the heated indoor pools and hot tubs which was very convenient. Food recommendations were great and we ended up at our favorite restaurant on the last day of the trip called big fish. Would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing fun family getaway.

My family stayed here during Spring Break with another family. We both have small children and growing family’s. This property was fantastic and the owner made it so easy from beginning to end. You can tell she has a vested interest not only in her property, but also in the experience she’s able to provide. 5 stars all the way around and absolutely would stay again!

TQ Place is nice, but resort is overrated. Condo was extremely nice and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the view was great. The property owner was very nice and communicated with us a lot.

You can tell how much pride the owner has in her unit by how well the condo is maintained, stocked, and how informative she is before you arrive as well as once you are there.
She provided so much information prior to our arrival including the best local restaurants, details about the building itself, local activities, etc.
We visited the week after Christmas with our 3 children. We drove so that we could pack extra items not knowing what we might need, but all you need are your clothes! This unit is so well stocked with every kitchen item you could need. It was great to be able to cook, and not have to take our kids to restaurants every meal. The laundry room has any item you could possibly need for the beach including chairs, floats, sand toys, towels, etc.

The view from this high floor condo is breathtaking. The balcony is furnished with a hot tub, grill, and plenty of seating. You won’t find better!

We had an amazing time at Turquoise Palace this year. The condo owner is wonderful! She made sure that we had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It’s not often that you find condo owners that are so happy to look after your needs as much as Sylvia did. I normally do not write reviews, but hands-down one of the best places I have ever stayed, and next time we are in Orange Beach, we will definitely be staying there again! From our view, we were able to see six or eight dolphins just swimming around in circles and jumping through the air and playing having a great time! It was amazing! Thank you so very much for having us!!!!

There should be nothing you will need if you stay here. Anything you would need for the beach is there. Beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, ice chest, nets, shovels, kid toys, and umbrellas. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the balcony where we saw dolphins and it has a huge table if you want to eat on the balcony. Spacious and roomy. The elevators are the quickest I have ever been on, so don't fret about being on the 23rd floor. Worth it for the view. We walked to the City donut one morning. (You do have to cross the road, but early in the morning we had no problem.) You will be glad you stayed here. It is a cut above the rest.

This condo was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything our family needed. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to relax. The balcony was my favorite spot with spectacular views! The host is absolutely wonderful and willing to answer any questions!

The owner of this property is so far above and beyond anything we expected or have had in past rentals. She has taken every extra effort to make this beach property feel like home but also feel like an extravagant get-away. We have a new standard for VRBOs after staying here!
We have 4 small kids and this was a mom’s dream. More beach/pool toys, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, gear than we would ever need. Extremely comfortable beds and large living spaces. High end appliances and furniture from the kitchen to the couches to the balcony furniture and hot tub. Every thing you could even dream of doing during your stay had a label and instructions right in front of you. She has really thought of everything!

We had a wonderful time on our recent trip. Sylvia was fantastic to work with every step of the way. The unit was furnished with such comfortable furniture and housewares, it truly felt like a home away from home.
The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable for a great meal at home, and there was a nice binder with local recommendations for restaurants if we wanted to venture out of the unit.
Sylvia even had a laundry room stocked full of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for fun days at the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to book this unit again in the future!

From booking until checkout everything was outstanding. The owners of this property are amazing. Sylvia went above and beyond for our stay making sure everything was good. I had a tire to go flat after our arrival and she called to check on us and I told her what had happened and she immediately reached out to find someone to repair our tire. She also followed up to make sure we got it taken care of. She treated us as if we were family. The condo was wonderful very clean and had everything you could and could not imagine. She has everything written that tells exactly how to work the appliances, which are all top of the line. If I needed anything or had any questions she immediately responded gladly. I wish everywhere I went was like that. We travel often and has stayed at this resort NUMEROUS times but this has been the very best experience as far as hospitality from the owners. I will definitely return. If you are undecided pick this one you will not regret it !!!!!! Sylvia is just beyond words !!!!
