Nestled in Orange Beach, this charming condo for $499 per night is a great option for your next break. Phoenix West II is now called "The Oasis at Orange Beach" because it has so much more to offer than any other Phoenix Condominium! In April, the NEW ADULT POOL will be open along with the NEW RESTAURANT AND BAR! Our 4 bedroom , 4. 5 bath PENTHOUSE CONDO has over 2500 square feet with an open floor plan with 10 foot ceilings! The views are unbelievable with over 65 feet of floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room. This is a lot larger than any Phoenix condominium. The spectacular setting from the 30th floor provide the best views on the Gulf of Mexico! It has a secluded balcony, upgraded furnishings and floor to ceiling windows in every room! You will fall in love with the 75 inch TV and newly built with state of the art built in fireplace! All bedrooms have views of the State Park and the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and two have 2 queen beds each so there is a total of 2 kings and 4 queens. We also have a queen deluxe air mattress. You will be sure to find that our penthouse condo will provide your family with memories that will last forever! We are owner/operators have been renting vacation properties since 2002 and that makes a huge difference. Since we only have a few properties, we are able to keep them in excellent, like new condition. We can help you immediately with any concerns and we personally care about your vacation experience! We provide you with our cell phone numbers so we are here to help you to make your vacation the best ever! As you can see, renting from the owner has it's advantages! We look forward to hearing from you! In the peak season, there are only 2 parking passes allowed for our 4 bedroom condos. There is off-site parking if you need more parking. In the slower season, we have plenty of parking available. Another reason for the new name, The Oasis at Orange Beach is because it has the largest floor plan of any Phoenix building and the balconies are much larger too! The average of a Phoenix condo 4 bedrooms are 2000 sq. ft compared to 2500 sq feet and that provides a much more open feeling! Also our balcony is almost twice the size. I reserved this condo for four days between Christmas and New Years 2023 for my family of three, another family of 3, and a family of 4. The rooms and kitchen were well appointed. The TV’s and WiFi were easy to use and there were no issues with connectivity. Sunsets viewed from any of the four bedrooms, living room and balcony are breathtaking! The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tubs. We discovered the property had a putting green on the last day of our stay.
All of our guests repeatedly said this was the nicest condo we’d ever booked in all the years we’ve visited Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 ranging in ages from 3 to 53. We would certainly like to stay here again!

We arrived for check in and quickly received our paperwork, a little hiccup on the parking passes as they were prepaid and almost got charged again, but found the record at last. The condo was clean, stocked with supplies to get started. The view was breathtaking. The condo is beautifully decorated and perfect for a group of 10 ladies. Very comfortable and well furnished. Our hosts were always available and responsive.

The condo was amazing. The view was excellent. Nice and quiet surroundings. The decor of our condo was updated and had a fun beach feel. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The facility had many options to exercise, relax, or play. Would highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo. Plenty of space for everyone that had an amazing wrap around view! Only down side was the smell from the trash shoot area outside of the room causing the whole common area to smell horribly. Otherwise we had a 5 star stay! Definitely recommend!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had three couples and three grandchildren. We had plenty of room and bathroom accommodations. The main living area was well appointed with quality furniture and appliances and we had a killer view from the 30th floor. The oversized corner balcony with quality outdoor furniture, was an excellent gathering area after a long day of beach and sun. I had some concerns about elevator congestion, but it really wasn't an issue. We look forward to staying again.

This beach penthouse condo is the BEST condo I have ever stayed at!! The views were beautiful and breathtaking!!! The owner was super nice and very easy to reach!! The condo had anything and everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation!! The outside patio was huge and top notch furniture!! The inside was absolutely gorgeous!! I would recommend this penthouse condo - absolutely majestic!!

Owners were super responsive with questions. It's a beautiful condo with amazing views! Their cleaning service, however, left a lot to be desired and with us having crawling babies, cleaning had to be done when we arrived. I notified the owner after we left to let him know about the cleaning service.

Great unit on the 30th floor! The views were amazing! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of space. It was just as pictured online. If we decide to return to Orange Beach, we’d definitely stay here again!

The photos do not do justice to this fabulous property! It was GORGEOUS, very well equipped with everything we needed, spotless, and comfortable.
We had family staying at some of the newer buildings, but our unit was larger and more comfortable. The views were gorgeous and the furnishings were of higher quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Super property and the owners are very communicative. We spent a few days there with friends and we were so comfortable there, we barely ever left the condo. The views were great and the place was very spacious for 8 people to be able to hang out, cook, dine, and entertain. Highly recommend.

The views were awesome and the owner did all he could to make the stay great but being down 1 of the 2 parking ramps and only 3 of the 6 elevators working, tarnished the stay. They ultimately did allow 2 of the service elevators to be used by guests to help with how busy they were and how many elevators that just did not work. They also expect you to know what you are doing even when it is your first time as we stopped at the front entrance to find out what to do and the guard told my wife she could not wait for me and had to continue on. This would have been great if he would have been there when we first pulled up but I was already inside and he came out and demanded her to move right now and leave me behind. To say the least we would never recommend this hotel again. This is not because of the owner as they were great but be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting for elevators and if you know what you are doing you are golden but if not do not expect friendly service. This was a common theme when talking to others on the elevator too. Several told us they would stay at other properties in the area, especially smaller ones but just not this one again. I usually try to leave great reviews but hopefully, this will help others when spending thousands of dollars on a place. If you are looking to stay at the property and spend most of the time at the place and do not mind waiting for 15 to 30 minutes on elevators then this is a great place. They also have a ton of room around the elevators but no place to sit considering how long you have to wait on getting one that would work as usually, they were full when they stopped on your floor due to only 3 of the 6 working.

Loved our stay here! The condo was true to the online listing, and it did not disappoint. Also it was very clean and the check-in / check-out procedure couldn't be simpler. Definitely hope to come back soon!

This was hands down the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve stayed in wonderful places but this was a dreamworld. Mark was so hospitable. We will be booking here annually. I really don’t think we’ll find a more gorgeous place to stay so this is our spot!! Book now. You won’t regret it!
