Situated in Orange Beach, this lovely condo for $460 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Phoenix VI 1505 This is the largest condo at Phoenix VI! A beautiful 4br unit with two large balconies overlooking the Gulf! Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. Come relax on both spacious 15th Floor balconies with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from the living room and a separate balcony off the master bedroom!!! The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen bed. Also there is are two twin sized days beds with a trundle in the adjoining room from the Living room. We also have another Queen in a room between the master and 2nd bedroom. There is an open upscale kitchen and 4.5 baths and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR, 2BR AND 1BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. You are guaranteed to be able to purchase three parking pass and a maximum of 4 parking passes will be sold with this condo.

My family and friends had a wonderful stay in this 4 BR/4 BA at Phoenix VI. I was pleasantly surprised by the 2 additional rooms with beds that allowed us to spread out more. Location is great, close to everything Orange Beach has to offer. Unit was clean, had 2 separate balconies, and a well stocked kitchen for meals. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and boardwalk, racquetball courts, tennis and basketball courts all made the resort that much more appealing. This was the perfect unit for a large crowd.

This unit was everything we could have wanted or needed for a week away. With room for everyone to be together and yet have their own space. The kids were well entertained with all the amenities of the facility and the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location and view. The number of beds and bedrooms were more than even expected. The unit was definitely ready for a good end of the year cleaning and a few pieces of furniture need to be replaced, but overall would stay again.

The condo was great and plenty of space for what we needed for our family. The den furniture is dated and could use some updating. The cleaners could have done a better job because I had to buy cleaning supplies for the master bath and the freezer was dirty also. We had to call and get a couple of shower curtain liners replaced. Other than that the condo was in a great location and we loved it.

Overall stay was good EXCEPT for the dilapidated furniture in the living room and the mostly non-working cooktop in the kitchen.After having spoken with the renters that followed us,they mentioned that those same burners on the cooktop didn't work last year when they were a condo owner we work hard to keep our unit in great working order for our renters.

Property was very clean. Check in was super easy. Plenty of room/seating for 11 adults. Because of how this building is seat it provides great views from east to west. Location is really good just not in walking distance to any grocery stores. Lazy river was very relaxing after a day playing in the waves and beach.

We had 3 different families and 11 total people on our stay. Condo was fantastic and had everything we needed to make our stay great. With 4 bedrooms and 2 additional rooms with a bed, there was plenty of space to spread out. Any issue we had with condo they were quick to respond and fix. Highly recommend this condo!

This condo was exactly what our large (13 people) family needed! It's rather hard finding a 4 bedroom condo with enough space for 8 adults and 5 kids but this worked great. We loved the additional 2 little "bedrooms" which were perfect for the kiddos. Each room had its own bathroom, and even an extra half bath near the kitchen. No one was fighting over who was gonna get to use the shower first after the beach. The kitchen was stocked with utensils/bowls/baking dishes. Almost everything you could need. Plenty of storage for anything you may bring with you, snacks, drinks, etc.One of the things I loved most about the condo building itself was the ICE machine on the way out to the beach. The fact that we didn't have to get in our car to get ice for our coolers was a MAJOR plus that we didn't even realize in the past. We had a slight issue with the parking passes as well as an issue with some electrical outlets in the kitchen but it was taken care of in a very timely manner so it was totally fine. We were thankful for that. Our whole family agreed that we would book this condo again!

We had the best time on our vacation at Orange Beach. The Phoenix VI had a lot to offer for our group of 3 families. The teenagers loved having the ability to hang out at the pool and tennis/basketball courts. The view is unbeatable as well. The unit was extremely clean and large enough to accommodate our families. We often hung out at the giant kitchen bar/island. Several of us enjoyed the peacefulness of the ocean views in the morning. Dolphins played close to the shore every morning and evening! No doubt that we would recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Pools and beach were good. Not enough elevators for property. We actually waited 14 min twice to get on one. There are four for entire place, one was down. Wasted time.

This condo was exceptional. Plenty of room for all. Quiet dark room for infant to nap. Excellent view of ocean. Speedy elevators. Refrigerator size perfect for us. 7 adults, 3 children. We could all dine and watch TV together. Grocery stores close. Perfect that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Our card group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely condo. Very well equipped kitchen and everyone enjoyed their comfortable beds. Balcony needs to be power washed. For those who love to play board games and cards, it would have been so nice to have a round or card table in the extra small room. Hard for four to play at the extra large table in the dining area. Also some of the plugs do not work. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay and very convenient to elevator & trash chute. Hope to return!

Great location on the beach in central Orange Beach. The view is great, and the unit was large enough for an extended family to stay.
A couple minor negatives. The kitchen could be better equipped. We couldn't get 3 of the 5 burners to turn on. And sound carries throughout the unit.

We had a a excellent time at this condo! This is our second year in a row to come here. We have a large group with lots of kids- so the extra space is much needed. The kitchen is huge which works great for multiple families trying to cook. The 4 full bathrooms is also a huge plus for large groups. We had some cold days this year so we definitely utilized the condo more than normal. The indoor pool and hot tubs are a huge plus for the bad weather days. The condo is nicely stocked, but bring your own dish towels and dishrags if you have a big group bc minimal are provided. Clark is great to work with and responds immediately. We had no major concerns during the week. The view is amazing from the 15th floor. Only request I would have is more kid friendly dishes there. Lots of glass dishes so we used a bunch of paper plates/bowls bc we were nervous about our kids breaking dishes on the hard tile floor. We are looking forward to returning for a third year in a row next year!

However, the cleanliness of the condo could use some work. Showers were not very clean, we found toys under some furniture in the living area and the sink in the kitchen was not cleaned.

Great place for a large family
Three generations stayed here and there was plenty of room to spread out and not be underfoot. Condo was immaculate as was the whole property. A bonus for us was the guarantee we could get three parking passes.

Property needs dryer maintenance, a new coffee maker and there was a problem with one of the showers. We had 2big clean-ups due to the coffee maker and 1shower not usable all week. We called maintenance and they were unable to fix shower or dryer. Dryer says to clean vent. Wouldn’t dry clothes/towels.
