At Cottages at Romar, beautifully designed homes with gorgeous architecture form a charming beach community. They share 500' of gorgeous beach front; a large, resort styled zero entry pool; fire pit; and boardwalk to the beach. Grand Central sits one row back from the beach. The sounds of waves crashing fill the air at Grand Central…and the gulf breeze almost never stops. The home does offer some views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from multiple rooms and the 2 covered porches. The home has a large and lush shared back yard where families can play or picnic. The home is built up on pilings which creates an extra space underneath with room for parking, playing, grilling (gas grill is available for guests to use), and dining on the large picnic table. An outdoor shower is found in this area as well. Inside the home you will find 2 living levels. Natural light floods this entire home in the most perfect way…keeping both the home and occupants refreshed and happy! The main living level features a very large living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has ample comfortable seating and a large HDTV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. A master suite and a guest half bath is also located on this level. The second floor features another master suite, guest bedrooms and baths, a den with more sleeping area, a wet bar/coffee station, and a guest half bath. A wonderful covered deck with sitting area is found off the den and second master. A large deck is found off the main living/dining area and features a sitting area and a dining table. You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
