(see photo's). This home will be spotless when you arrive. Fantastic location. Walk or ride to the beach. 4 bedroom pool home. Professionally landscaped and impeccably furnished home. Located in the 500 block of 106 Avenue north it will exceed your expectations from the moment you arrive. The home is situated on a large corner lot with large palms and an assortment of tropical plants. As you enter the main foyer there are French doors to the left which open to bedroom number four that features a queen size bed. The main entrance leads to a vaulted ceiling great room which offers a spacious kitchen equipped with Keurig coffee maker along with all new plates, silverware, pots and pans. Along side the kitchen is a rectangular table that offers seating for eight. The living area is decorated in a coastal theme with a 65 inch flat panel HDTV powered by Comcast cable and WIFI throughout the home and pool area. Continue through the patio sliders and you will find a large covered outdoor eating area equipped with patio dining and a stainless Weber grill. A perfect spot to dine. This area is part of the screened lanai pool area which offers full privacy with southern exposure for you and your guests An additional table and three lounge chairs complete the pool area. To the right of the kitchen area and living area are three bedrooms. The master features a king bed with sliders to the lanai. Private master bath, large walk in closet and a 50 inch flat panel HDTV complete the suite. Bedroom number two features a queen size bed decorated in a coastal theme with a HDTV. Bedroom number three features two twin beds and a ceiling fan and a HDTV This home comfortably accommodates 2-10 guests (8 guests sleep in beds and 2 guests sleep on Sealy Roll away beds). It includes 4 bedrooms and two full size bathrooms. Amenities boast: five bicycles fully equipped with locks and an air pump, a 60 inch HD TV with additional TV's in three bedrooms, high speed wireless internet service and a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was large and open, and it was great having a pool to jump into whenever we'd like. Bob is a great communicator, and it's really important to him that his guests have a great time. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We had a wonderful time here!

We stayed at the house with our 3 & 4 yr old and loved every minute. The house was perfect and the location very central to everything. Bob, our host, was very communicative and accessible. He made sure that we had everything we needed and was available if we ever had any questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay
This house was exactly as described. We had plenty of room for everybody in our party. Everything was in working order. The pool was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were a short distance from the two beaches. The neighborhood was quiet.

The property and owner were nice. It was clean and the pool was great. I thought the description was a bit inaccurate. It said you could walk to the beach, which is possible but not practical. The beach is pretty far away to walk with just yourself, but just not possible with kids, beach gear, and cooler. The owner does provide a pass to the state park beach area which is great, but the description of the house location is a bit misleading .

There are many great restaurants close by - from diners and pubs to high end dining. Also, close to lots of grocery shopping - walmart, trader Joe's, whole foods, publix.
We loved our stay here and have already made some arrangements to return.

The house was exactly as described. The owner was immediate with responses when I reached out. The beach was a bike ride or a run away. The state park pass was great if you drove to the beach. The owner has everything you need for the beach. Multiple nearby restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

BEST EVERYTHING
Our entire family loved the house, the cleanliness (I’m a clean freak), the amenities, the ease of communication with the owners, and the location! The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We ate all our meals outside in the large screened in eating/pool area. The yard was beautifully landscaped. We really appreciated the bicycles and the pass to the state park which was very close by. We highly recommend this rental!

Bob was a great host and incredibly responsive. We were able to enjoy the property with our dog for a very reasonable one time fee and took full advantage of the heated pool. There is a beach pass included. The beach was beautiful and close by. The rental is located conveniently for shopping. We had a lovely time and would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay and Responsive host
As this was our first-time renting in Naples, we were not exactly sure of the right rental location. As it turned out, this worked perfectly for our group. We were able to access the beach each day, thanks to the owner providing a pass to Wiggins state park. Lots of beach necessities provided. Some of our group chose to easily ride bikes to the beach. We also really enjoyed the pool....warm, clean and well maintained. Our host definitely cares about this property and his guests. Thanks for a nice stay!

Home away from home
We stayed at sunshine daydream while visiting my parents . It was a lovely refuge . The pool was warm. The house was clean, light and bright and there were plenty of amenities available such as bicycles, bbq, beach chairs and umbrella. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others who want a nice home base that’s close to the beach (5 min bike ride) and a pleasant oasis to return to.
