Excelente personal, si fuese algo barato...

El personal nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y nos ayudó en todo lo que le solicitamos

La tele nos dio algun problema, aunque no fuimos a Vielha a ver la tele

Muy recomendable, de seguro volveremos!

Las habitaciones tipo cabaña son muy agradables y de ambiente familiar. La atención de todo el personal es muy respetuoso y de gran colaboración. El desayuno tipo bufete fue delicioso, todo lo que probamos estuvo muy rico y no tenemos queja alguna. Tambien tienen servicio de cena pero por tiempo no pudimos disfrutarlo. Desde el ventanal del salon se tienen unas vistas maravillosas hacia la montaña. El bar muy agradable en cualquier hora que entraras. Todo estuvo genial!

No me gustó que no hayan tenido actualizado la disponibilidad de plaza de parking. Entendemos que por la temporada era difícil pero es mejor que este dato se mantenga actualizado para saberlo antes de reservar.

Està molt bé

L'apartament està ben situat, és còmode i lluminós. Està a prop del centre, en una zona tranquil•la, ideal per descansar. La noia que s'encarrega de la neteja i el servei d'esmorzar és un encant, molt atenta i amable. Els llits són molt còmodes, tot i que són molt baixos, no recomanables per a gent gran. El sofà-llit molt còmode també.

Per destacar alguna cosa, la taula és petita i les cadires no són gaire còmodes. La pica del lavabo poc pràctica. Molta llum natural però a la nit la llum és insuficient.

Our Stay In Vielha

We loved the proximity of the apartments to the old town, recommendations for restaurants and actvities in the area.

The internet was very patchy from our apartment and the beds were very low......almost ground level.

I can defiantly recommend Hotel Lori.

Great location a very easy walk into town. Tim and his team have thought of every thing and could not have been more help full and accommodating . I can defiantly recommend Hotel Lori.

Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

The staff were superb; super friendly, charming and efficient. Brilliant shuttle service to the slopes. The food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meal. Wonderful English cups of tea. Cozy room with comfortable bed and proper bath… lovely!

Only a couple of small points…for a hotel that has a large percentage of English guests, an English speaking TV channel would be great (we couldn’t find one anyway). Just one would do! Also a kettle in the room would be great.

Perfect

We had a perfect stay at Iori Hotel, the staff was very friendly and nice, and the breakfast very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

some luxury for a regular price

Our first room was beautiful but very noisy at night. Yet, the staff was very efficient and very understanding and she accepted to transfer us to another room (even bigger and very calm in a back building). The breakfast was very good. A special mention for the staff: very friendly, polite, welcoming and efficient. The rooms were also super clean and the beds comfy.

In the first room (1st floor just above reception) we could hear some water conduit all night which stopped us from resting properly. Nothing else really.

Great location and clean

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Julia was also super friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was very big, clean and spread over two floors which offset some of the less interesting parts. The location is in the best part of Vielha so easy to walk to the river and all the restaurants and bars.

The room was quite dark and shabbily put together with random furniture. There was a brand new TV upstairs that didn’t work and no one seemed interested to fix. While the bed was very comfy it was on a low dark platform that jutted out so we were constantly hitting our feet on it.
