Great location in Puerto Viejo. Good value dor money.
A bit run down. The shared kitchenette had very few utensils. We didn't go to the beach here, but it seems it's not good for swimming.
It's definitely better to speak Spanish with the staff. We asked in the evening to book us a taxi for the morning and the reception person told us they booked it, but no taxi showed up in the morning.

Spacious clean room right on the beach with a beautiful path to see sloths, frogs, howler monkeys, and tropical fish in the water. Floors and beds were serviced.
A/C worked very well.
The outdoor kitchen could use some attention between guests.

perfect oceanside boutique accommodation - with extra beds & community kitchen. Option to walk & lounge on beach as property is also a higher end day club, but is not loud!

Location is perfect, stores and many restaurants around. Being beachfront it’s great plus
My room included a TV and patio however it didn’t, felt a little disappointing. Also the patio that we had no access to is used to smoke and the room tends to be smelling like tabaco
