old building new hostel room quiet food good .clean window in room please. what is the history of building. perhaps time to remove old magazines and books. replace and clean stains on floor. Laundry?

This hostel is located on the Camino de Madrid
Sleep disturbed by existing and new guests arriving in dorm room very late. Shared sleeping rooms should be lights out at 10pm and no new guests after 10 pm. Shared bathroom needs a floor mop.
Poorly equipped shared eating area - microwave but no sink or water. Not very clean or well maintained. Electrical work in progress in common areas - loose wires exposed. Washing machines but no drying rack or line provided.
Generally needs more management attention and is just too overpriced for bunkroom accommodation.
