Direct beach access, walking distance to 3~ 4 star restaurants, 2 championship 18 hole golf courses, state of the art practice facility, 2 pools oceanside, Gym, Marina, Equestrian center ( beach rides), Tennis complex, and charming downtown Charleston a short drive. Not all Atriums are created equal, both in terms of interior, but also ~ WHERE THE VILLA IS LOCATED IN THE BUILDING !!! This villa is an UPSTAIRS extended end unit, as opposed to an interior or retracted end unit. The reason this is important ~ PRIVACY !!! With the retracted end units, as folks walk up/down the stairs they can look right onto the deck and into both bedrooms. With our UPSTAIRS Extended End Villa, you will not be sandwiched between two units, nor will you have other decks looking back at you, or folks looking in as they walk up or down the stairs !!! This is also a HIGH END PET FRIENDLY VILLA ~ why should anyone be penalized because they have 4 legged family members !!!! We had such an amazing week here! The place was absolutely perfect. It's clean, comfortable, and the views were incredible. The location couldn’t be better, with a very short walk to the beach, pool, and all of the other wonderful amenities offered.The community truly feels like a resort, and we honestly didn’t want to leave! It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. Sherri was wonderful and made the experience even better.We highly recommend staying here and can’t thank you enough for such an amazing week.

This was my family’s first time staying at Seabrook Island, but it definitely won’t be our last! Condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved spending time on the balcony, eating meals, and enjoying the ocean view. Condo was clean and well maintained. Great communication from the Owner. Don’t miss riding horses on the beach or taking a quick day trip to Charleston!

I have been going to Seabrook Island for 30 years and have stayed all over the island. This was our first time staying at the Atrium Villas and we loved it. The view was amazing. Access to the pool, beach and restaurant were excellent. In addition, the villa was very clean. Lastly, Sherri is a fantastic host, very quick to respond to questions and a wonderful communicator.
