Ground level features access to the private pool and beach in addition to an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal bbq grill. There is also a game room that features a pool table and shuffleboard. 2nd Level: The second level features the Primary bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom. The Primary bedroom has beach views and access to a balcony. The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the second bedroom, there is a bonus kids area that has a Sleeper sofa. The kids area features a Playstation with a few games, DVD movies, toys and books. The little ones will have a wonderful time in this area. The fully equipped kitchen, living area, and dining room are also located on the second floor. The kitchen is open to living area, which has great Gulf views. There is a balcony that faces the Gulf right off of the living room area, which can be accessed through both the Primary bedroom and the living area. 3rd Level: The third level features the third bedroom with a Queen bed, a private bathroom and a terrace with Intercoastal views. The fourth bedroom boasts 2 Queen beds, a private bathroom, beach views and a balcony that faces the Gulf. There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa located in the den room on the third floor. There are a total of two balconies where you can enjoy the majestic beach views. Each bedroom comes equipped with comfortable bedding and a full bathroom.
