About this villa rental
Situated in Hilton Head Island, this charming villa for $225 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Updated villa with soft paint colors and cozy, beachy décor located in exclusive Hilton Head Resort. Nestled between Folly Inlet and Palmetto Dunes, our semi-private beach is never crowded. Located in Building II, the most quiet building, villa boasts both lagoon and marsh views which can be seen from private balcony. Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with all the luxuries of home. Well-equipped kitchen comes fully stocked with coffee maker and grinder, toaster, crock pot, blender, pots and pans, plates and utensils, and more! Villa includes Wi-Fi and 3 flat screen televisions all with cable, as well as DVDs and games for your enjoyment. Master bedroom welcomes the warmth of the sunrise and features a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom faces a quiet courtyard and can sleep four with twin-on-twin bunk beds as well as a full bed with new memory foam mattress. Deluxe cot provided for your convenience if extra sleeping is needed. Beach is just a short 400 yard/ 7-8 minute walk over a thriving saltwater marsh on the resort's private boardwalk. Shuttle service to and from the beach is available seasonally. A pair of backpack beach chairs are provided for your use as well as a deluxe beach wagon for ease of hauling gear to and from the beach. For the kiddos we have pool noodles, boogie boards, and a basket full of beach toys, buckets, and shovels. Resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness center, 6 lighted tennis courts, on-site store and deli, as well as 24-hour gated security. Resort also has private access to Coco's on the Beach, a relaxing, seasonal beachfront bar and grill with sand volleyball. *****Pets are NOT allowed at the Resort***** Villa is NON-SMOKING. Bed linens, bath towels, and a STARTER SUPPLY of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap are included. Guests will need to provide their own beach towels, toiletries, and cooking supplies such as cooking spray and seasonings. *****VILLA IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH WASHER/DRYER. Card-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located on same floor by elevators.*****

My family has been staying at the Hilton Head Resort at different units for years. It’s a great location for beach access. Beach is less crowded and private compared to other areas.
This unit in particular was well maintained, clean and a great view of the golf course, marsh and sunrise.

We enjoyed the area, the only thing is the description says short walk to the beach. It's quite a walk on the boardwalk, but they do have shuttles every few minutes. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay!

The condo was perfect. The location was fantastic, just close walk across the board walk to the beach. What was most impressive was the fact it was stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. So many VRBOs have minimal items but this unit had everything we needed it seemed! Thank you for allowing us a great moms & sons getaway!

We loved this place! Our 11 year old son couldn’t say enough great things about this condo upon our arrival. It was a great place for our family of 6 to comfortably stay. The outdoor pool with the bar & grill were great as well!

The property was as described in the listing. It was nice having everything you need for the beach. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella. The condo was very clean and ac worked great. The host were very responsive when I sent a question about a remote for the cable box. Both of them responded within minutes. The living room has a nice smart tv. The only thing I would suggest is having smart tvs in the bedrooms.

This property was exactly what I expected based on their listing. Was a great two bedroom place for my family of 6. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen, two bathrooms, beach toys, a patio and just a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Our first time to Hilton Head and it for sure will not be our last!

We arrived to the condo late on the first day of our trip to find that, due to a scheduling oversight, the space had not been thoroughly cleaned in preparation for our arrival. Communication with the cleaning team (who's name and emergency contact was provided on the check-in information) and the host was very fast and clear.
First impressions can be very difficult to erase, but we had a really great vacation, and this condo, the beach access, the dining recommendations from the hosts, and provided amenities (the beach cart is so great) all made that possible.
We made most of our breakfasts in the condo, packed most of our lunches into the cooler, and ate most of our dinners out. This really allowed for a low-key, relaxing vacation. Thanks for the stay!!

This was my family’s first time visiting Hilton Head and they loved it! Daniel and Angela made the visit even better by having certain amenities available for us like the beach equipment and a starter supply of complimentary toiletries that we needed. Everything was clean, organized, and the area felt safe and peaceful. I would definitely bring my family back to stay here again.

Place is exactly as advertised. The location is awesome. The beach off the board walk was relatively less busy than the other beaches we visited which was nice. The only complaint we had was that you’ll need to bring all your own soaps and shampoos. They clearly watered down all the hand soap and supplied only one bar of soap for everybody to use. Also I understand getting cheaper toilet paper for a rental unit but it was like if you took single ply and some how split that in half. My recommendation for the owners is to spend an additional $20 and get a little better stuff/actually supply it so the customer who is traveling doesn’t have to bring or buy all their own stuff.

We enjoyed being in this property. They have everything we needed, including board games and pickleball paddles. The property is just as advertised and was perfect for our family of four. Nearby we had great food, especially at The Taste of Europe, a Hungarian restaurant.

This is our 3rd year coming to the Hilton Head resort for Spring Break. This condo was very clean, with an amazing view of the pond. We saw the resident alligator once this week from our balcony. There was a closet packet with a beach wagon, chairs and toys that was very useful. My son loved the inside pool as our first few days were cooler than usual. We loved spending time at the outdoor pool and the staff at the Island Bar and Grill are always amazing and greet you with a smile. Food is excellent as well. We love the walk to the beach on the boardwalk. We saw may birds and the alligator swimming in the canal. Coco's is always a hit for the great burgers and strong drinks. Can't wait to come back next year.

We were very pleased with this place. It was exactly as pictured and clean. It was perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the beach is a little long, but doable. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay at the Condo. It was in a gated community with a guard always on duty. The boardwalk to the beach was beautiful and easy to navigate. Great location on the Island everything within a few minutes of the condo. Highly recommend the location! Thank you for the wonderful stay we look forward to our next stay!

We stayed with our family of 5. The kid's bedroom was perfect since each child could have their own bed. Condo was clean & had everything we could have wanted. We appreciated the beach cart that was there to haul gear down to the beach. The resort itself offered a variety of amenities. Our kids appreciated the indoor pool in the evenings when it was a bit chilly. The outdoor pool with the bar/store was a nice set up as well. Process from booking to checking in to checking out was easy. This was a great condo for a family trip.

It was me, my husband, my mother in law and my 6 month old son. This unit was exactly what we needed. It’s nice and the host provided items we didn’t even expect like seasonings, trash bags and plenty of good quality towels and face rags. It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach. They also had the ride assistance to get to the beach for my mother in law. Many nice restaurants close by. The indoor pool was in the building next to us. It was really a great place to stay at.

Condo was very cute with its beach theme, everything you need to cook is there except the food!! Loved the beach accessories (we left 2 beach chairs also) only reason only 4 stars tram only ran on Saturday and I can’t walk that walk over board walk,, I have a bad knee

Loved our stay at this rental. Perfect setup for our family with three young kids. Had a small issue with a toilet, but it was quickly addressed. Great communication from the owner. Really grateful that they provide beach wagon and toys, made the trips down to the beach much easier. Highly recommend.

Amazing
The condo was so clean and amazing! We loved the details. They had plastic dinnerware for the kids, games and movies. The chalkboard wall was a huge hit. I loved the fact all light switches were labeled. They also had a beach wagon, chairs, and toys so we didn’t have to lug all those items to Hilton head! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Family Trip
We loved our stay on Hilton Head. The condo was perfect for our family. Each of our kids had their own bed. We loved the location and would definitely stay on this part of the island again. We loved the beach! The owners were very helpful when I had a question. Would stay here again.

Wonderful experience
We really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the lagoon and marsh was beautiful. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, and the carrying cart provided by the owners was so helpful to carry our toddler along with some beach bags. We appreciated the beach toys, badminton set, and body boards that were available to use. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I'd have preferred no carpet in the bedrooms, but it seemed pretty clean. The amenities of the resort were perfect for our family with 3 kids. I felt comfortable allowing our teens to roam free at the pools and beach since it is all private access.
The sliding back door was a little difficult to open and close which was kind of annoying but not a big deal. A door mat at the front entrance would have been nice so we wouldn't have to track sand in as much. Otherwise, it is a lovely place with a beautiful view and great beach. We all wished we had booked an extra night. We would love to stay again in the future!

Nice view of the lagoon from the balcony. Close to outdoor pool at building I and the boardwalk to the beach. Close to indoor pool at building III but we were outside most of the time. The resort was nice. I loved there being food and drinks at the pool and Coco's on the beach. Grocery close and restaurants close. All 5 of us slept comfortably. I liked that we had an extra towel a person so we made them last and didn't have to go do laundry. Plenty of cooking supplies and utensils. We saw alligators in the lagoon and marsh which we all enjoyed. We ate at Skulls Boathouse, Salty Dog, and Old Oyster Factory. Good food, recommend all 3. Thanks for letting us stay at your place, I would definitely come back.

Relaxing Stay
The condo was cozy and welcoming. My family had a nice relaxing stay. The walk to the beach seems far but the resort offers a shuttle service if you don’t feel like walking which is nice when you are carrying beach stuff and a toddler.

The check in process was easy and simple. Map along with proper check in instructions was clear and helpful.
The condo was nice. Bathroom was slightly small, but I was informed it's going to be renovated soon.
It's overlooking a pond and golf course.
There was plenty of space for my mom and daughter.

Nice place. Beautiful beach.
We had an enjoyable visit to HHI. The condo was nice, but could use some maintenance. According to the owners, the condo will be remodeled this fall. The beach buggy was a bonus so we could carry our stuff out to the beach on the long boardwalk. Our teens really enjoyed the pools. The owners were quick with responses to our questions. Compared to the other public beaches, we liked the less crowding at Simpson beach. Thank you.

First time visit to Hilton Head
The overall stay was wonderful. The resort had everything it needed, couple pools, a small deli, and a 15 min walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and the water was warmer than we would’ve thought. The unit was very quiet and had great views. The unit had plenty of kitchen items/utensils, everything that you need. It also came with beach toys/chairs. The beds were comfortable, minus some very small pillows (glad we brought our own). I will say that the unit is slightly outdated, definitely needs some updating (bathrooms specifically). I will also say there is carpet in both bedrooms, this is very disappointing when staying at a beach. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we created unforgettable memories with families and friends.
