About this house rental
Welcome to Marina Sands Townhouse in Port Geographe Marina. This house is the perfect place to relax and unwind. This is ideal for family, couples and friends or a romantic getaway. This is a child and pet friendly holiday house, you can bring the WHOLE family and make it a memorable getaway.
Only meters from the marina boat harbour, out front is the Geographe Bay swimming beach, play ground and public bbq and gazebo.

Features a fully equipped open plan kitchen opens up to the lounge/dining area.
CAR PARKING:
Secure under cover free parking for 2 vehicles at the rear of the house and extra out the front if required.

Kayak 1 (1 Person) includes life jackets

BBQ Weber - medium portable size so that you can use it for family & friends gatherings at the beach

HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

We chose this property over others because of the bikes and kayaks that were advertised as available. Unfortunately one of the adult kayaks is damaged and not usable so kayaking as a couple was out. Also, and more importantly there were NO bikes to use at all. Ended up hiring bikes from Busselton Bike Hire which we can highly recommend but disappointed that they were not supplied as they were listed as included when we booked.
House was spacious and kitchen was very well equipped. Location is great.
