Located in Busselton, this attractive house for $162 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Walkable to the beating heart of Busselton lives Busseltonia, a charming vintage home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms makes this home perfect for festival goers and travellers looking for the local vibe. This lovely 1920's home offers two charming queen bedrooms and a great kids retreat with four bunk beds, toys, games and a very cuddly bean bag. In the cooler months enjoy the slow combustion wood fire using our supplied local wood and banksia nuts which we gather from the bush. Busseltonia offers secure fencing for your children and animals, a large park opposite the house ideal for dog play and pretty gardens to enjoy outdoor entertaining. LEAVERS WEEK BOOKINGS NOT TAKEN. SCHOOL HOLIDAYS - MINIMUM SIX NIGHTS (MONDAY TO SUNDAY) ON ANY BOOKING DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAY PERIOD UNLESS ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH OWNER. Entry and departure times to property are strictly as follows unless otherwise advised by the owner. Late departure can be arranged, providing no change over of tenants occur on the same day. Departure -10 am. Arrival - 2 pm. Minimum stay requirements cannot be reduced. The home is owned by a Perth family who uses it frequently for their escape from the city. We hope you enjoy BUSSELTONIA and the surrounding areas as much as we do. ALL BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED FOR ALL BEDS. Doonas are supplied with all beds. Extra blankets are available. Electric blankets on both Queen beds. Bed guard bunk beds, high chair, travel cot, and a small child's pusher in the bunk room. Children's toys, games and jigsaws. DOGS only are allowed. We ask that you respect our home and ensure that animals are kept OFF FURNITURE AND BEDS. Keep bedroom doors shut to avoid pets soiling carpet and beds. Please make certain the grounds are left clean of dog deposits and urine spots hosed off. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG UNATTENDED IN THE HOUSE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE, AS PER CITY OF BUSSELTON REGULATIONS. Your support of these conditions will ensure we can continue to offer our house to dog owners. STRICTLY NO CATS. OUR FAMILY SUFFERS FROM ASTHMA AND SEVERE CAT ALLERGIES. PET ADDENDUM will be sent on booking. The Pantry Tea, coffee, sugar supplies can be found in the Dresser pantry. We supply ground coffee, suitable for the plunger, and a Nespresso Pod machine with coffee pods for your use. Feel free to use any condiments from the pantry. Large Woolworths & Coles supermarkets are two blocks away and are open 7 days a week. We highly recommend the following cafes for good coffee and food in Busselton. Bistro Breton - French cuisine and buckwheat crepes, great coffee. Open Mon- Fri. The Fire Station - great bar and excellent café food Coco's Thai - fresh Thai food The Secret Kitchen - Indian food Goose Restaurant - excellent coffee and food situated right on the beach front. Benesse The Pavillion Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. To maintain a good standard for our guests, we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate that most tenants will respect our property, but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, etc. Use, contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage, Breakages, Theft, and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay. Please advise owners of any significant damage. Departure - the property should be left in a clean and tidy condition. Check-out time is 10 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests unless arrangements have been made with the owner for a later check-out. Please enquire. We are happy to arrange a later check-out if we do not have guests checking in the same day. Disturbance to neighbours, including loud conversation and loud music noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. The City of Busselton has passed new regulations in 2022 regarding short stay accommodation. You will be fined accordingly if neighbours complain.

Excellent location - just a short walk to the beach. Pet friendly - MASSIVE PLUS!!!!! Homely feel with all the extras. Clean and well presented. Very well thought out for a comfortable stay.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Bussleton. It was just perfect. A close walk to the beach, and the Bussleton jetty. The park across the road to walk the dog was very handy also. The Bussletonia was absolutely beautiful, and had everything we needed, and more. It had so much character, and was very comfortable, and homely. We had a great time, and would love to be stay again next time we visit Bussleton. Thankyou so much for having us 🙂

A stylish, clean, well equipped and comfortable house with a lovely garden in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the main street, close to the beach and jetty, but best of all for our dogs, right across the road from a terrific park! We could ask for nothing more. We all loved Busseltonia and look forward to our next stay. Thank you Margaret.
