About this house rental
Situated in Melbourne, this charming house for $240 per night is a great option for your next break. The safety and well-being of our guests are very important to us. We use CDC guidelines to disinfect the property and get it ready for our guests. All high-touch areas - doorknobs, countertops, light switches, and chair cushions are disinfected. Linens and towels are laundered in-house using hot water, detergent, and bleach. Additionally, we utilize contactless check-in and check-out. Sanitizer is available at the property. We suggest that you wash hands frequently and use social distancing when out and about so we can all work together to knock this virus out. This property is on a nicely manicured street, lined with tall Palm trees and across from the ocean. It is a clean and welcoming family home in a private community with a sparkling pool and spacious patio that enjoys prevailing ocean breeze. The split floor plan allows you privacy with 3 Bdrm, 2 Bth, and 2 car garage. The master bedroom has a cloud comfy king suite with fine linens and solid wood furnishings. The Master bath has an updated walk-in shower, wood cabinets, granite countertop, double sinks, private toilet, large walk-in closet, and linen closet. The other 2 spacious bedrooms are fully furnished, nicely decorated, and comfortably sleep 4. An additional roll-away bed is also available. Both rooms share the other spacious bath with access to the pool. The kitchen is roomy with 42” solid wood cabinets, updated stainless steel appliances, granite counters, fully equipped with dishes, cookware, flatware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.. The spacious living room overlooks the pool and comfortably seats 8 with cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. The pool deck is furnished with seating, and a lounger. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Beach chairs are in the garage for your convenience. Please brush off sand on your return from the beach. An initial supply of coffee, tea, cream, sugar, paper products, and toiletries are provided upon your arrival. Shopping for additional supplies is just a 5 mins drive north, and 2 mins south of the property. Great restaurants, drugstore, churches, and golf courses are nearby. Port Canaveral Cruise terminal is just 25 mins away, and Disney attractions are 90 mins West. You will love your VACATION HOME!!

The house was absolutely beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood, steps away from the ocean. The place was very clean, roomy with all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The private pool was larger than anticipated although in November was a bit chilly to enjoy more than sitting around. The screened in area was a great place to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning. Yasmin was communicative and very accommodating. Would book again!

While we did have a few glitches with the pool that took a few days to repair, overall the property was amazing! This house is literally 3 houses from a crosswalk that takes you directly to the beach!!! The house is very comfortable, spacious, and modern. The owners were very kind & attentive to our needs! We would definitely come back!

The property was very clean and updated. Perfect location in a nice HOA. The beach was just across A1A. About a 4 minute walk. We did not have anyone within 200 yards on each side of us. It was like having our own private beach. We got to watch a Spacex rocket launch one night from the beach with a perfect view. Our kids really loved the pool. The pool was actually refreshing to swim in because it was not heated. We had a great family vacation at this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge Lane. We have been frequent goers to Melbourne for many years and this is a fantastic location with quiet beaches and the pool is wonderful for family time. Will plan to stay again

I immediately fell in love with this place. Alli and Yasmin's home definitely has that beach vibe. Just perfect for the occasion. Very tastefully furnished and everything you need.
The pool was a delight, especially first thing in the morning when you wake up. My kids loved it.
The house is real close walking distance to the beach with easy access. Or pack up the car and head to Miami for the day which is only 3 hours. Or take the kids to Orlando which is an hour and a half away.
This house has everything you need and more.
The TV is a smart TV, so feel free to bring your Roku or Firestick.
Our kids forgot their balloon and toy sword that I got them from Disney World and Yasmin immediately called and offered to mail it to us. How awesome is that?
Communication throughout this whole nine day vacation was spectacular.
We left our footprints on the beach, but Melbourne, FL left an imprint on my heart.

I had an amazing vacation in Yasmin & Alli's home. The house was very clean and well stocked. Everything I needed was available in the home. The house has a lovely floor plan and the pool was amazing. The location is perfect and I walked on the beach every day. Yasmin was very receptive to anything I needed, and she is a lovely person to interact with. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely love to stay at her home again. Thank you!!!!

The house and pool were both clean. Property is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of good restaurants close by and a Walmart and grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. For us older folks I would suggest that a handicap rail be installed in the master bedroom walk-in shower and there are lots of sand spurs in the yard (ouch) so I wouldn't recommend walking barefooted in the grass but other than those two things the property is terrific. Neither of the two items I mentioned are deal killers and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Really enjoyed our five weeks stay. The house is well stocked, the pool patio is full of sun all day, the house is across the street from a public beach access (where you can watch rocket launch) and the street is quiet and very upscale. Would absolutely go back again. Thanks very much.

The property is in excellent condition and has everything you need to live very comfortably as if you were in your own home!
The check in process is very easy and the house is very inviting and welcoming after a long journey.
The layout is ideal for a family as the main living area is open plan, with the bedrooms off either end of this main living space.
The pool is nice benefits from the screen to stop the leaves etc getting in.
The location to the beach is excellent and less than a 5 minute walk, however we chose to drive to a beach we were familiar with.
The owners were very quick at responding to any questions we had, often replying instantly.
I would highly recommend this property and owner and if we come back to this area again I will be staying here!

Twin beds were squeaky and uncomfortable but the master bed was super soft and comfy.

Great Birthday Getaway
I booked this property for a getaway for my birthday & it was exactly what I expected. Yasmin was a wonderful host ,we arrived later than expected ( flight delay ) & she called to check on our status . The house was clean and very homey .
The beach is literally right across the street and was never really busy , the pool was great to have for after the beach & for the days we didn't get to the beach , shopping & restaurants are also very close . I plan on booking this property again next year.
