About this apartment rental
Near the Eiffel Tower (10 minutes walk), Invalides, rue Clerc, Rodin Museum, 25 minutes walk to Saint-Germain and the Latin Quarter or Champs Elysées, this one king size bedroom NON SMOKING apartment is located on the second floor (above a mezzanine, so 3rd floor) of an elegant building of a quiet and residential neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, the Village Suisse renowned for its remarkable antics. Convenience store on the ground floor. Rare in Paris, the living room opens on a large terrace where you can eat. This building has only eight apartments with 2 lifts, one being very large.
Nearby, 3 Metro lines (6-Cambronne, 8 -La Motte Picquet, 10 Ségur) cross La Motte Picquet station from where you can go directly to almost anywhere in Paris, the closest station being SEGUR. Also at 5 minutes is Paris's most interesting outdoor market on Avenue de Saxe.
The apartment has wooden floors and is equipped with a new OLED smart TV connected to a Bang and Olufsen with cable television (CNN, BBC, CNBC, etc.), Wi-Fi 6, and rare, very high ceilings. It also has Italian design furniture (mostly Cassina) and some nice antics. There is a new top-of-the-line king-size bed in the bedroom.

I stayed here for seven nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The location is near two Metro lines, which makes getting around easy. In under ten minutes you can walk to the park near the Eiffel Tower. There is a small grocery store on the ground level, and restaurants are only a few blocks away. The apartment is comfortable. With the windows open, you can get a nice cross breeze. The kitchen is well-supplied; the bathroom is spacious. It is a nice place to return to after a day of sightseeing. The owner is responsive and has created a nice oasis in Paris.

This is a great apartment in a very good location. Everything you need (Metro, groceries, brasseries) is nearby. You can see the Eiffel Tower from in front of the building. The owner is extremely helpful and very responsive. This was a wonderful stay.

We just returned from a week in Paris at this apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, about 10 minutes from the Champs du Mars and the Eiffel Tower, and about a 20 minute walk from the Rue Cler area. The metro is nearby, and there are lots of shops and excellent restaurants in the area. The apartment is very comfortable, especially the king-sized bed, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We liked that the rooms were very bright and airy. The building is modern and we felt we were staying in a very elegant area. Normand was very quick to respond to any concerns I might have, and he left suggestions for us as to neighborhood things we could do. This was a very comfortable place to come home to after walking the streets of Paris.
