The typical Parisian apartment recently renovated, which has kept all the charm of the old "Haussmanian" style
It is spacious, practical and functional, you will find broadband wifi, a TV with all international channels, a fully equipped kitchen with modern oven, induction hob, dishwasher and refrigerator. The bedrooms are spacious with a large bed in each room, dressing room. In addition there is a small room attached to a bedroom with bunk beds which will delight children, I'm sure!

The communication was fast and easy - he was very helpful & responsive when we found we were going to arrive in Paris a few hours early. He allowed us to drop our luggage off at the apartment while it was being cleaned so we could go explore without dragging our bags around with us. I was very grateful for that!!There was no hand soap to use, or washcloths for showers which was very surprising. We had to go buy soap to wash our hands. Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash as well, as none of those items are provided.Another surprise factor was that there were no fans for air movement. It's been quite warm in Paris and if the windows are shut it gets extremely hot and stuffy. Opening the windows provided a lovely breeze that helped, BUT we had to leave them open at night to keep it cool and it is EXTREMELY loud outside, all day and all night. It's a wonder my kids got any sleep at all; my husband and I could hardly sleep all three nights. The final surprise was that the bunk beds are actually not in a bedroom, they're in the walk-in closet of one of the bedrooms. (The photographer was very good at making the spaces look larger than they are) I didn't want to make my 5'9" daughter sleep in a closet, so she used the pull-out bed in the couch.Overall it wasn't a bad stay, but it certainly had it's surprises. I thought it would be helpful for the next people to be aware of these things up front to avoid frustration.

I will give this Vrbo a five out of five for location. That’s it. The communication with the host was not very good. Delayed and Rude. The listing advertised a washer and dryer available. When I asked about the washer and dryer, the host told me it was for “cleaning lady only.” If it is for cleaning lady only, and not guest use, then he should list that. Instead, the unit reads washer/dryer available. Poorly advertised and inaccurate. Upon arrival, the first of our family five showed. He is 9. I turned the temperature and shower on for him. After two minutes, he was yelling that it wasn’t hot anymore. I checked the water and it was getting colder. The rest of us showered in cold water. When I messaged the host and asked about it, and told him the amount of time that had passed for first consumer, he was rude and said we should shower faster. Happy to post this screenshots. All we asked about was whether there was a water issue and he also said “no body else has complained”This is not how you run a vacation rental. Lastly, I think it should be more clearer on the listing that it is along the main road and train station runs above the room. It was loud all evening from the train, people walking by and yelling, police sirens frequently, and generally very loud.Great location and cute little place. But I would consider the inaccurate listing, rude/poor communication, and very loud unit.
