Had a fab time we were out most of the time which was what you do on holidays

We loved the location so close to good food and of course the Effile tower

Not a good experience

The apartment is nice and the location is great, close to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants.

The unit is advertised as having air conditioning, but there is only one portable a/c at the entrance which doesn’t reach the bedrooms and it was impossible to sleep in July. Both rooms had ceiling fans which were full of dust and gave us allergies. When we arrived there was urine in the toilet and around the rim, that was disgusting!!! There were hair balls and dust on the floor of the room. The pillow cover had holes, the towels were dirty and looked used, bad WiFi and everything looked dated. It was clear that the apartment was not cleaned after previous guests.

Had to report host to the police for videoing my children property is like the slums AVOID for your own safety. Nothing

There was nothing. The experience was as truly horrific and left my children and I scared and upset. Despite the host offering to refund us and for us to vacate after day 1 my children are neuro diverse and disabled it would have caused them even more trauma and clearly I didn’t have anywhere else to go with a hours notice! This wasn’t a realistic solution by the host who caused the issues and misled the condition of the apartment. See photos and description and see other reviews there are many that echo the same experiences. Avoid this agent and this property

Title: Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Harassed-Avoid at All Costs Rating: 0/5 see photos. Legally and factually correct. As a top-tier "Genius" member on Booking.com who travels extensively-including quarterly trips to Paris with my family —I have never experienced treatment as appalling as this. Do not be fooled by the listing. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere. Severe Safety & Privacy Issues Insecure Property: Upon arrival, we discovered the patio doors would not close or lock, leaving the ground-floor apartment completely unsecured. Harassment & Deflection: When I reported the broken lock, the host responded with hostility and false accusations, claiming we broke windows-then changed the story to "us throwing mirrors at the neighbours door"-at 4:00 AM. Despite the fact we were asleep by 10pm and there is not broken glass anywhere inside or outside the property. Norman at Guestify. (Avoid this agent at all costs) Illegal Filming of Minors: Neighbours actively film guests. The host sent me a video of my underage, disabled daughters simply leaving the apartment, using it as "evidence" for their fabricated accusations. I have viewed the video and it is a headshot of my disabled daughter stood outside the door to the apartment. How this is ‘supporting evidence’ for the hosts claim we were up at 4am throwing mirrors is still unclear. However the host made it clear he had all the evidence he required to support the claim. In a panic he then sent a statement saying a face of a minor couldn’t been seen on the video, yet I can see my daughter clearly as can anyone else with access to the footage. Which is against the law in Paris without consent at one’s property. Filming and storing video of minors without consent is a direct GDPR violation and a serious privacy breach.

It is close to the Eiffel Tower

It is quite an unsafe property. It is not a solid apartment rather a makeshift building connecting two buildings together, behind an old Thai restaurant where works sleep on mattresses next to the door.

Great location and easy to find, clean and comfortable bed

The courtyard entrance is shared with 2 x restaurant kitchens which smelt very bad. We stayed in a heat wave and there is a portable air con unit but could have been better
