If you are looking to stay at the Ritz on St. Thomas, do not hesitate to book with Ken. He is super responsive and helpful. The room itself was well appointed, clean, and we enjoyed to views from the balcony.As noted in some other reviews found on other sites, the Ritz Carlton St. Thomas is definitely a different vibe than other Ritz properties when it comes to service. We found service on the property to be very hit and miss, which we haven’t experienced at other properties of this caliber. That said, we were definitely happy to be staying on the “club” side of the property rather than the hotel side, as we found the overall experience to be far superior on the club side.

This property is beautiful! We enjoyed the stunning views, the dining options at the resort/hotel, and the pools. The sea grapes on the beach provided shade without ruining the ambiance and getting a lounger was never a problem. The villa was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the daily special offerings of things like cookies or snow cones and we enjoyed the drinks. The only negative would be you need to take a cab for most off site dining options but we were happy with the resort/hotel options so it didn’t bother us. The beach did have a small amount of sargassum but they had a mitigation process and I have seen MUCH worse in Mexico. Again, not a major issue for us. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the booking process was easy and included helpful tips.

Wonderful vacation, easy communications with owner, friendly staff, and fantastic Ritz. Could not have been better. Pre-stocked with groceries and had private chef service one night, too. Great time!
