With another primary bedroom, two more oceanfront bedrooms, and 2 well-appointed additional bedrooms; the second-floor primary has a private bathroom while the other 2 oceanfront bedrooms have jack n' jill bathrooms shared with the two street side bedrooms. The bedroom breakdown is as follows: First Floor Primary Bedroom: King Bed, ocean views, private en suite with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower & double vanities, a TV, and access to the first-floor porch. Bedroom 2: The guest bedroom on the first floor features two Twin beds and utilizes a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Damage Protection: In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.   Travel Insurance: East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is the Vacation Rental Industry.  Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of a job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company.   Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation. If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane.  Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
