This is our third stay in this lovely house, which should tell you everything you need to know. It’s immaculate, the kitchen well-stocked with cookware, and a perfect location for a saunter around the historic downtown, or, for runners, a great starting point for a run that includes the downtown and the beach. Cannot recommend it enough!

We had an amazing stay at this property in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house is gorgeous and was decorated for Christmas. We enjoyed the spacious and clean property. The gas fireplace was very relaxing. We loved the screened in porch. We will return. Highly recommend

Beautiful home (just like the photos) in a lovely neighborhood. We so enjoyed walking to shop and eat at some great restaurants. I highly recommend the nearby Farmers Market on Saturday. This was the perfect place to relax and recharge.

We had a nice stay for a family of four in April. The location was fantastic for a short stroll to shopping and eating in Lewes, and the beach (5 min drive) was a thousand times calmer than Rehoboth for the little ones. The house is newish built and very spacious with a lovely enclosed patio. It was very clean also and kitchen supplies were more ample than usual. It really would have been 100 except the mattresses are pretty worn out and the primary bath shower pan squeaked loudly in a way that one was forced to imagine what if it suddenly gave way and crashed through the floor with its occupant in an unfortunate turn of events. (Nothing like that happened of course.) The queen bed in the second bedroom was especially in need of replacement as no matter where you lay down you roll into the middle. Rentals are always a gamble when it comes to the beds so I hope this informs someone sensitive to saggy mattresses. PS: there is no bathtub, for those with very little ones.
