About this house rental

High on a bluff overlooking the Sound, this amazing Sound front home has been completely renovated with a chef's gourmet kitchen (fully equipped), bright open living room, panoramic water views from every room. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge deck made for entertaining. Central heating and air conditioning. Private steps down the bluff lead to private beach. Small breakfast nook built into the bluff with stunning views.
Brand new BBQ next to deck.
Pool table for all to enjoy in finished basement.

House sits on a steep bluff and may be a concern for young children.

Walking distance to Greenport village, over 50 wineries, unlimited opportunities for hiking, boating, biking, fishing, golfing and much more.

house is just how pictures show....very clean....freshly painted.....very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children...great deck overlooking sound im sure is wonderfull during summer months as we were here during february....i highly recommend this home for anyone....Valia the owner is also pleasent to speak too
