Located in Poipu, this charming condo for $450 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. ALIHI LANI. This small, 6 unit complex is a 'Real Gem', according to the Ultimate Kauai Guidebook. Enjoy endless views from our oceanfront pool. The front landscaped area also has two gas grills and comfy lawn furniture. OCEANFRONT. Our premium second floor location has direct unobstructed ocean views is less than 50 yards from the pounding surf. Watch ocean life and spectacular sunsets from the 184 square foot covered lanai. Year-round you will see turtles and dolphins - and during whale season the show is right in front of you. LOCATION. The Sheraton beach is located less than 5 minutes walk. There you can enjoy snorkeling, beach swimming, surf lessons, and sunbathing. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are also within easy walking distance. FLOOR PLAN. Our home has two true master suites, both with bathrooms directly accessible from the sleeping area. Every room has super quiet, efficient air conditioning with individual controls. The setup is ideal for two couples or a family of up to 5. Lanai, Kitchen, Dining, Living, and one Bedroom all have spectacular ocean views. REMODELED. Furnishing and finishes are always being upgraded. Kitchen is fully remodeled. Soaking tub in remodeled bathroom, tile floors throughout living spaces, and new living room furniture. AMENITIES. Our home is equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. It is luxuriously appointed with high quality linens and towels. Kauai-made soaps, shampoos, and lotion are provided. We also supply boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, and a cooler for your outings. For evenings in, we have HDTV smart TV's, games, books and binoculars for whale/turtle watching. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing any type of meal. Alihi Lani is now a 'NO SMOKING' property both inside the unit and in the common areas. *We NEVER will ask you for a WIRE* If anyone ever asks you to wire money - you may be a victim of a scam!!! We stayed at Alihi Lani 5 with another couple for 5 days. This beautiful oceanfront condo had a wonderful ocean view and location. We took many morning walks along the water and it was very convenient to everything. We all enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee, evening dinners, and sunsets. The condo was extremely well appointed with anything you would need. It was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of room to spare. We would definitely recommend and return to this fantastic condo!

We had the best stay at this property and can't wait to stay again! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Sitting on the lanai was our favorite activity. We could see turtles from there and we just loved watching the water and the spectacular sunsets. The location was great. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at the Sheraton. We thought it was a great location to access everything we wanted to see on the island.

This was our first visit to Kauai and everything was perfect! Communication with the owner was fantastic from the start - thorough and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults. The view from the lanai took our breath away! We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the waves crash on the rocks & searching for swimming sea turtles. The condo was immaculate and so well stocked. Cynthia has thought of everything and is so organized. I wish my own home was this well equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Kauai was at our fingertips. The pool was lovely. We really enjoyed being in such a small complex. It really felt like home - quiet and private. The location was perfect. Close to beaches as well as shopping and restaurants. We look forward to the next time. Mahalo!

Views from this property are stunning from all living areas and master bedroom. We enjoyed watching the turtles right in front of the complex. Unit was well stocked and host communication was easy. We canceled a “luxury” resort reservation to book this unit when it became available and were so pleased we did! We look forward to staying here again.

This building has the best location looking right at a cove full of turtles, and in our case this trip whales, as well as having only six units giving a very quiet, private feel. It’s walking distance to just about anything you might want and is fully stocked with all the beach things you might need. Cynthia was fantastic and the property is well maintained and very clean. I will be back!!!

Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo surrounded by palm trees and Poipu beach. Lovely sunsets, views of dolphins whales and turtles from the balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and sandy beaches. Pool and bbq area were a huge plus. Everything we expected it to be.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable condo in a great location with incredible views! The condo is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking, time at the beach etc. Cynthia is very good with communication and she was fairly quick to respond to issues that unfolded ie the pull out bed not keeping air and then coming up with solutions. There is information in the condo and as well Cynthia gave us lots of suggestions that were very helpful in planning our adventures on Kauai .

This property has a incredible view of the ocean. We so enjoyed the lanai and listening to the waves. Our adult children enjoyed snorkeling nearby and the variety of nearby eating locations. We did cook most meals and the kitchen was very equipped.

We loved our stay here and will definitely return. Amazing ocean views, lovely pool and terrific location. We were surprised that the master bedroom had an accordion door so it wasn’t soundproof but it was fine for our family.

It was a spacious 2 bedroom condo. The views were amazing from the large balcony. It not only had wonderful views and many locals came to watch the sunsets. That was enjoyable. Close walking distance to some good restaurants.

Best stocked property we've rented
I was shocked. Every time I looked for something it was there. Fron very high quality kitchen supplies to outdoor equipment. No rusty, old, cheap anything. Even the bathrooms were fully stocked with the. I felt welcome and respected. Appreciated finding condiments in cupboard and fridge. Property is close to several lovely restaurants. Very convenient. We'd love to stay again.

Amazing condo with 180 degree ocean views in Poipu. Green turtles hang out in the water all day. Saw a pod of dolphins come through as well.
Short 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach or to many local restaurants and shops.
The condo is appointed with everything you might want. We love to cook and the condo was stocked with everything you may need. So many nice touches throughout. Almost as if someone thought of what you might want and put it there (ok - Cynthia - a great host did)!

Our family just returned from a great week at this property. The condo is spacious, beds are comfortable, the lanai is wonderful, kitchen is well stocked and sunsets are outstanding! The location is perfect to walk anywhere - we walked to get morning coffee and acai bowls (highly recommend Little Fish and Anake's juice bar!), walked to snorkling, walked to jump waves, walked to shop, etc. We had a car for exploring further and were happy to use it for a grocery store run, to explore the canyon and to spend a day with a dog from the humane society (super sweet - thank you for recommending this, Cynthia!). Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay - glad we stayed here
With so many places to pick from in Poipu - it was a hands down leader. Many of the rentals are part of big developments- this was a 6 unit building literally across the street from the water and full sunset views. The pool was perfect size and well maintained. Inside the unit was comfortable and kept in great shape. We felt very connected with the unit and it’s owner. The owner was super-responsive to any of our inquiries or minor repair issues - more to let her know so they can be added to the normal maintenance list.
We rarely go back to the same location twice - I’m more than sure this will be an exception
