Our premium second floor location has direct unobstructed ocean views is less than 50 yards from the pounding surf. Watch ocean life and spectacular sunsets from the 184 square foot covered lanai. Year-round you will see turtles and dolphins - and during whale season the show is right in front of you. LOCATION. The location is absolutely ideal. Away from all the hectic Poipu Beach traffic, cars and surfers. But just a few minutes easy, safe, sidewalk walk to the beach at Kiahuna which has all the conveniences of a snack bar, showers and bathroom. Learn to surf - guaranteed - right on the beach or snorkel and swim. Whatever your mood! Plenty of warm, white sand to stretch out on as well. Covered cabanas available for rent. FLOOR PLAN. We are light filled upstairs end unit with views from nearly every room! There are two true master suites, both with bathrooms directly accessible from the sleeping area. Every room has super quiet, efficient air conditioning with individual controls. The setup is ideal for two couples or a family of up to 4. Lanai, Kitchen, Dining, Living, and one Bedroom all have spectacular ocean views. REMODELED. Furnishing and finishes are always being upgraded. Rich tones including bamboo flooring enhance the 'classic Hawaiian' decor throughout. Kitchen is fully remodeled. Soaking jacuzzi tub in remodeled bathroom. AMENITIES. We loved our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals on the lanai. Lovely furnishings and finishes, comfortable beds, great pillows and towels. Beach chairs, coolers, are all provided. We had a Kona Storm come through with lots of rain, but our accommodations allowed us to make the most of it with the views out to sea. The list of things we loved about this stay goes on and on. The pool, the location, the view, the view, the view. Great communication from the owner with prompt responses and helpful information about the area and things to do all over the island. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property and great location! Views from covered porch are fantastic. Best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at- awesome beach chairs and beach towels supplied as well as paper products, laundry pods and Brita water filter provided. Cynthia was easy to communicate with and replied promptly. Loved everything about it!

I highly recommend this place - ocean view is magnificent, owner is extremely responsive, beds are very comfortable, and the location is great - a short walk to the Sheraton Beach, very close to Poipu beach and all activities in Poipu. Perfect Location
We LOVED our trip! The condo was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location for our family. Being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach was key. We were also able to watch the sea turtles swim in the cove from our balcony! Cynthia was wonderful to work with and we really appreciated all of the information she provided before our arrival. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Kaua’i.

We were so impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. The pool was amazing and the beaches were a quick walk or drive away. I have rented quite a few condos/houses and this by far was the best! Looking forward to returning.

The ocean views from this condo were exceptional. We spent most of our time on the lanai taking it all in, starting with watching the sun light up the waves as we drank our morning coffee, and ending with the gorgeous sunsets sipping a glass of wine.
Cynthia has created a lovely home. We had everything we could ever need to spend time on the beach and to stay home and cook delicious dinners with local fish and produce.
The location was just right. We were away from the hustle and bustle, yet it was a short walk to the Sheraton and Poipu beach to the east and to the stores and restaurants a couple of blocks west . For us, this lovely condo provided the perfect get away.

This condo is in the best location in Poipu. Close enough to the big hotels but far enough away so there's no over crowding. The view from the deck is amazing and we saw huge sea turtles every day - there are two sets of binoculars. We enjoyed long days in the beaches of Kauai with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and boggie boards - all provided. Then we returned to the air conditioned condo - August in Kauai is humid and you need air. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook for ourselves (after a stop at Costco). Needless to say we loved every minute of our vacation.

Very comfortable beds that we fell into each night after kayaking, snorkeling, tubing and running all close to home. Never missed a day of cooling off in the beautiful pool that made neighbors jealous! Hope to visit again!

Amazing Kauai Getaway Condo
Four of us, two couples, stayed in Alihi Lani, Unit 4, and it was amazing. We were upstairs and the lanai/balcony included a table and chairs - where we ate daily, along with plenty of regular seating. The views of the ocean and turtles were incredible. You could walk to the Sheraton and their beach is public, very nice! The air conditioning was a plus, but most days did not require it. In the evenings, we just kept the sliding doors open and ceiling fans on for the perfect sleeping weather. We could hear the ocean and wake up to the birds singing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms were fine. The beds were comfy and the linens very nice, as well. Full sized washer/dryer was a real bonus. The pool and BBQs made our stay the perfect relaxing getaway! The four of us decided to book again for next year, and already have a reservation at Alihi Lani for 2019!!!

This is the best rental we have ever experienced. It is furnished beautifully and comfortably. All the dishes, accessories and kitchen tools are high-end and classy. Many extras are provided that made our stay so nice. The location is perfect. The lanai was our happy place.

Beautiful Views!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely oceanside condo. The condo was extremely well equipped: the kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances were up to date and tableware was unique and very nice; the bathrooms were also well equipped with dryers and makeup mirrors. The decor was tasteful with tranquil color scheme and local art. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed whale watching with coffee in the morning and with a glass of wine in the evenings. The beach equipment including beach towels was very useful also. Location was very nice: near the best snorkeling at Koloa Landing boat ramp and close to drugstore, gourmet market and many decent restaurants. We hope to return soon!

We were very pleased with the condo. Our view from the lanai was outstanding. We spent many evenings on the lanai just enjoying the view.
Especially liked that there are only 6 units. Makes it feel more homey.
The condo is very nicely furnished and kept very clean. The rooms are comfortable.
I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Kauai.

I miss this place already!
First, we have to start with the view, although what I really want to say it that this is the best supplied rental I've ever seen. The view is truly special, although to be fair there is a road in between the unit and the water, which is well traveled. From the balcony we saw dolphins pods frolicking, humpback whales spouting and oh my stars! I've never seen stars on the horizon before, it's that dark out there! And you'll see the Milky Way, it's truly astounding at night!
Now back to the unit, this owner truly thinks of every need! You walk in to find gentle Hawaiian music welcoming you, a kitchen stocked with coffee and every condiment you might want, and bathrooms supplied with every necessity. The sheets are silky soft which along with the sound of the ocean allow for a very restful nights sleep.
The only issue was the air conditioning, which worked fine for me, but the owner requests that you don't go below 72 and my husband needs to have it freezing cold at night to sleep, so it was a bit warm for him. There were no ocean breezes blowing and the fan just makes him clammy, so I think for people sensitive to heat this might be an issue, but for me I was fine and actually turned my air conditioner off at night because it was too cold. The dual zone air conditioning is key.
Neighbors are neighbors everywhere, but mostly ours were quiet during our stay. You'll get some local color with the kids that line up to see the sunset and fish from the rocks.
Easy walk to the restaurants at the Sheraton resort, and follow the suggestions the owner provides in the booklet, she's very honest and spot on!
I missed this place as soon as we left so spend some time on that balcony for me!

This is probably the best rental I have ever stayed in. There was not one comfort overlooked, from the quality of the paper products, to the provided binoculars and book reading lights by the bedside. Thank you for all the amazing scenes we saw from the lanai to the beautiful furnishings of your home. We enjoyed every minute being there. We also went through your list of recommendations of restaurants and loved all of them. Mahalo! We will be back.

Amazing property with killer views
We absolutely loved our stay in this amazing condo, and we can't wait to visit again! The interior is gorgeous and has everything you would ever need during a vacation. The beds were super comfortable, and the living area easily accommodated our family of four. The over sized balcony area felt like a whole separate outdoor room! We really enjoyed eating on the balcony and watching the sea turtles. We'll be back for sure!

We loved this place! It was so peaceful that you could enjoy the sound of the ocean throughout the night. It was close to everything. It was very well kept and had everything we needed.
