With so much area, guests are sure to be comfortable within the spacious layout and fine furnishings. THE LAKE HOUSE is perfect for single families and large group gatherings alike. THE LAKE HOUSE boasts a large master bedroom, which has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and it's own set of French doors leading out to the back deck. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a large closet and an available portable crib for little ones. The third bedroom has two twin beds with Pottery Barn bedding and a desk area with bookshelves. The large bedroom downstairs has a king bed with colorful fish decor. The bright bunk room is perfect for young ones or those young at heart! THE LAKE HOUSE is ideal for a cozy nights sleep on the Tempur Pedic and other high quality mattresses within this 5 bedroom home. The well appointed kitchen, with black stainless Samsung appliances and gas range, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is also a nice, large, outdoor gas grill available for your use. The spacious driveway is large enough to accommodate boat parking. There is a washer and dryer on the property as well as a clothesline for all your wet items after a fun day out on the water. Guests have access to a two-person kayak and paddles. (Guests must provide their own life jackets) The home has 5 Samsung flat screen TV's with Direct TV and 2 DVD players. There is high speed, wireless internet throughout the property. The basement boasts a game table for a friendly game of UNO, etc. or putting together puzzles. You can also enjoy a fun game of ping pong! THE LAKE HOUSE is located right outside of Green Turtle Bay Resort and Marina and within easy walking distance or golf cart ride to Patti's Restaurant, Badgett Playhouse, Little Lake Park and Playground, The Village Market and Cafe' Grocery Store, The Jetty, Jade & Earth Spa, Craig's Dairy Dream, golf cart rentals, boat launch, beaches, fishing, putt-putt golf, shopping and much more. Grand Rivers, also known as the Village Between the Lakes offers many water recreation activities on both KY Lake (160,300 acres - the nation's largest man made lake) and Lake Barkley (58,000 acres). THE LAKE HOUSE is also located within close proximity to the north entrance of Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area (170,000 acres). House was very clean and spacious. It was very easily accessible with plenty of parking. We had a variety of ages with us and it was perfect for young and old. It will be the top place on our list to try and get when we return.

We had a wonderful time at The Lake House! Plenty of room for the 11 of us! It was hard to get the grandkids to leave and do anything else. They just wanted to stay at the house and play! Nicole was so nice to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

Very spacious updated home with plenty of room. The home had everything we needed during our stay. The location is amazing. You can walk to the marina or Grand Rivers for shopping or restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This property is ideal for large family and/or friend gatherings. Huge parking area easily accommodated our group which included 4 trucks with boats. Extremely clean and well appointed with very close access to both Barkley and KY Lakes. I will definitely stay here again with a large group. 5-Stars hands down!

The Lake House was a wonderful property for our family of 13. We traveled from four directions to meet at the Lake House for the week after Christmas . The house was very clean when we arrived; and is designed to handle a number of people very well. Large open concept first floor. Large game area downstairs. Property located close to Patti's and their Christmas lights display and Cabin Pizza. We would definitely stay at this property again.

From the reservations to checkin and checkout everything was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was perfectly stocked and beds were super comfortable. The house was great for family dinners and gathering. The location to town was convenient and you could get to the waters edge in a short drive. Definitely recommend this house for guests in the future!

We had 5 couples and each had their own bedroom. The LR and dining area was very spacious, as was the kitchen. All beds were comfortable and all showers taken had plenty of hot water. The fire pit outside was great! We enjoyed cornhole and ping pong as well. The only thing I believe missing were wine glasses. We all had a great visit and will return. Thank you Nicole!

The property perfectly fit our group of 16 with 6 adults and 10 children between 3-13. We felt like we had plenty of room and the proximity to town, the water, and activities was fabulous!
