In the heart of the hip casual coastal town of Encinitas and within walking distance to incredible restaurants. Historic Hwy 101 and pristine beaches are only a 2 minute walk away.
This gorgeous home in a high-end neighborhood has recent interior/exterior and tastefully furnished. it is perfect for families and couples. Pet Friendly.
Stairs to the beach are less than 1/2 block away. This home has one of the largest oceanfront entertaining areas on Neptune Avenue.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups and families. Our rental agreement and the city of Encinitas have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before inquiring about the property. This home is located on the 2nd floor. There are two sets of stairs leading to the main entrance of the home.
There is a separate 1 bedroom/1 bath with kitchen, living room and laundry (mother in law apartment) downstairs with it's own private fenced front yard. There are no common areas. This space is currently occupied and not available for rent.
No weddings or receptions are allowed on the property. Maximum number of guests sleeping in home is 6 people for 2 bedroom and 2 people the 1 bedroom downstairs.

The unit itself was beautiful — truly the highlight was the view, the view, the view. Absolutely magnificent. The master was lovely, and overall the space felt wonderful.The only issue I ran into was with the first bathroom: the shower didn’t work. I didn’t discover this until I was already halfway through getting ready to shower, so I had to unpack everything and walk down the hallway to use the other one. I had been out all day for spa treatments and was really looking forward to using that shower, so it was a bit dismaying to find out at the last minute.Other than that, it was a great place and I enjoyed my stay.

Amazing stay, and we got so lucky with the weather. Beach access was very convenient at Stone Steps. I felt truly relaxed for the first time in a long time. Note to travelers- shower toiletries are not provided.
