Located in Lake Vermilion, this charming cabin for $225 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy the summer or winter days in this cozy, bright, and roomy cabin. Lots of light and comfort for the dark days of winter and great outdoor space for the summer! Perfect for those who want to get away from it all. Snowmobile and cross country ski trails abound. Fortune Bay is just 2 miles away with lots of free groomed trails. Bring your ice fishing house, the public landing is a quarter mile down the road. The cabin is toasty warm with electric heat and an electric fireplace in the grand room. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has 1 queen bed and 1 queen inflatable mattress - please note you will need to climb stairs to access the loft. The cabin has a washer and dryer plus fully equipped kitchen for the cooks. A small shed can house your snow mobiles. Plenty of parking for trailers. Don't own a snow mobile, call Vermilion Rentals, they have some for you. This cabin is not on the lake/water, and does not have a dock. There is access about 1/2 mile away on the same road.

Stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. Perfect cozy cabin for a long weekend up north. Was clean and quite frankly stocked with anything we would have needed. Our cats quite enjoyed surveying the whole downstairs from up in the loft haha.

This cabin is perfect for a nice, quiet get away. We weren't doing any fishing or anything major. It rained the entire weekend, but it didn't bother us at all. The cabin was nice and clean, the bed on the lower level was super comfortable and everything worked like a charm. If I had one complaint, it would be that there were a few windows that didn't have shades (by the dining room and the door). Maybe I've seen too many horror movies, but we like to keep whatever's outside from looking in. We were able to solve the problem without bugging the property managers. Otherwise, we had a great time and would DEFINITELY stay there again. Thanks for having us!

As far as kitchen and bathroom, both rooms were well stocked. They thought of everything! Overall the cabin was beautiful, well kept and comfortable. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen/living room with a very convenient island for food prep. I did some night photography during our stay. The northern lights were visible on our first night and we went to Hoo Doo point in Tower for some Milky Way shots.

My husband and I came here for a week to get away and ride our side by side and had a blast on all the trails in the area and surrounding area. We definitely will be back! The cabin was in the perfect spot to either just go on the side by side or trailer to the surrounding area. It’s plenty big to go with another couple or two and has everything you need to get by! Cutest place ever!

We needed a more affordable place to stay other then the casino for two nights for a family fishing trip. This place was perfect for the weather we had. There is no AC so if you like a more controlled temperature then this is not the place for you. Super cute decor and up north feel inside and out. Due to rain we were unable to use the fire pit but was available to us. There is a gas grill but it is in need of replacing its older and rusted to the point that two burners don't light. Every basic thing we needed was provided. Over all perfect for what we needed and would book again.

We spent four nights and met all our expectations. The cabin was clean and well maintained on a nice, wooded lot. All appliances, plumbing and laundry facilities worked without any issues. There was nearby public boat launch with plenty of parking.

We have a large family that get together on Lake Vermillion for about 50 years. This was a perfect overflow for my two sons . Very nice ! They loved it. spacious inside and outside. Very clean and the location is Perfect !!

The cabin is cute and as advertised. Beds are comfortable and the towels are great. Quiet place. They have a regular coffee maker and some coffee and filters which was nice since there is nothing nearby. Some little creamers and maybe a small welcome basket would be nice given the remoteness of this location. We had no hot water multiple times. Communication was there but action wasn’t. We had to turn on the laundry sink to get a hot shower. Managers were nice.

The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and came with all necessities for kitchen and laundry. Firepit, with plenty of wood, was fun for s'mores! Only negative was proximity to water, but otherwise very good!

The house was stocked with everything we needed and location was great! Short walk to the lake where there is a boat launch, we were able to do a little fishing when I wasn’t busy of the dock. At night there were more lightening bugs then I have ever seen and so much yard for the grandkids to run around! Really enjoyed our stay.

On spur of the moment we decided to meet another couple at Fortune Bay but they had no suites available. We found this gem and it was perfect. It was very private, had everything we needed and close to the casino.

Nice place to stay. Very close to boat landing. Nice yard for summer outdoor activities. Only minor complaint was the water in the kitchen sink took forever to warm up to wash dishes and hot water is up position. No biggie though. Not enough snow at the time to snowmobile from the property. But parking at the boat launch only about 1/2 mile away.

We arrived to unmade beds, dirty towels and unclean bathroom, dirty dishes in sink, nothing was cleaned. Awful experience, we didn't stay and had to find another place to stay last-minute.

Definitely will be back to this cabin. It was perfect for a week of snowmobiling. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Kitchen is a good size and has everything you need to eat home cooking. The owners were quick to answer questions and help out. Great and affordable. Thank you

The property was smaller then expected when looking at the pictures, but it was a cute cabin. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboard, but everything else was clean upon arrival. We had a board game weekend and the space accommodated that well.

Stayed here while attending a wedding in Virginia. House is decorated like a rustic cabin but has modern updates including a gas fireplace and on-demand hot water. The electric heat kept everything warm in the -2 degree weather outside!

We were up for a class reunion in Virginia and had a dog with so a stay in a motel wasn't a good option and this cabin was perfect. Close to water and golf courses. Owner and local crew very easy to deal with. Great one week stay. DR

We stayed here for a fishing tournament and the property worked out great. The property is located near the Everett Bay public access making it very convenient to launch your boat. in addition, it's close to restaurants and the casino.

We enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again, had lots of camp fire wood, great area near the landing and a private back yard for our Pup! We recommend the place, clean, newer and nice, want to go back for snowmobiling!

Nice cabin just a minute from the Everett Bay public access. This was our second November stay in the last two years. Perfect spot for a couple of musky bums to call base camp! Will be booking again next year for sure!
