This charming 2 story house is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood perfect for anyone that wants to enjoy the wonderful attractions that Duluth has to offer, yet retreat to your private house in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes away. This house has its own back yard with fire pit, and attached garage to park a vehicle with additional off street parking. Guests enjoy a morning coffee on the covered deck overlooking the back yard. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a full size bed, full bathroom, and access to the second story deck. The main floor has a large dining room table which seats up to 8, living room and kitchen with access to the main level deck out the back door. The house has AC units in both bedrooms and on the main floor, along with a washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience. Also included is a LG 48” smart TV, Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and blu ray/DVD player. The yard is big enough for kids to play in, and the house is only two blocks away from the Piedmont elementary school which has a great playground for the kids. We keep the house in excellent condition and very clean. Long term renters are welcome. We offer a generous 64% discount ($1,800 a month) for guests wanting to stay 28 days or longer between September and May. Operated under License # PL16-149

The house was clean and had amenities to cook meals. It was very nice to have space for our toddler to run, and there were some children’s books he enjoyed as well. It was a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path, I only wish some of the walls were in better shape (cracks in the bedrooms).

The property is quaint and very well maintained. And in a quiet neighborhood of family homes. My friend and I, two elderly women, felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This is a sweet older house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and very clean. It was centrally located for all our needs (wedding venue, groceries, restaurants, Canal Park...). We were very happy with these accommodations and we would definitely book again.

This was a great little house to stay in. My kids loved the yard and the neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to relax and cook our own meals. The only thing I wish they had was some baby gates for the stairs, but that's not something I would expect at a rental house. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again!

It was a very hot hot stay as you could only use 2 air conditioners at a time and it was in the high 90s outside and humid!!

Highly recommended for anyone who prefers cleanliness. This home is older, but everything was very clean. Plenty of kitchen ware, linens, and bedding. Did not need a thing other than our food. Easy to navigate to and from. Quiet neighborhood. Having the garage to use was also a nice option. My husband and 10 year old daughter stayed for 4 nights and it was just perfect for us.

It was a great weekend getaway for the family. Check-in was smooth and didn't need to ask for anything since things were easy to find and well explained in the booklet. My one suggestion would be to either clean or get a new coffee pot. I used my grounds from home and it was undrinkable. Thankfully there was the best coffeehouse (190°) 5 minutes away that opened early, so I could still get my morning cup in before the kids woke up. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Duluth.

We stayed here with our 2 young children (total of 4) and it was the perfect amount of space. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it much easier to relax and sleep. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was nice that the TV was set up with streaming apps so that we didn't have to log in with our info and try to remember to log out. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The house is also close to the downtown area - it only took about 7-10 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. Thank you so much for sharing this home!

I came up with my two year old son and my mom. We were really at home in the house and found it was well equipped for all our needs. My son liked the box of kids toys, my mom likes the big cushy couches, and I liked the kitchen well stocked for making meals while traveling. We would absolutely visit again!
