PHOENIX III, #3076 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Beach Front Condo [‼️ Note: please review entire listing for check-in/check out information, information regarding available amenities and parking requirements and fees.] The Phoenix III is a great Orange Beach location near restaurants and shopping. It is situated on a beautiful stretch of wide, sugar-white beach with long-range views. Our condo has been recently renovated.....New Kitchen, two new tiled baths (one with a walk in shower), New mounted flat screens in the bedrooms. Our 2BR condo now sleeps eight: 🔹1 King Master Suites with Gulf Front views 🔹2nd BR with 2 Double beds 🔹Queen Sleeper Sofa The Phoenix III is packed with amenities and features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, kiddie pools, lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, hot tubs, saunas and exercise rooms. Relax on your gulf-front balcony or go poolside with gazebos and grills. Enjoy free WiFi in the condo. Please note that a parking/amenity fee is collected at the front desk on check in. This fee is $55.00 per vehicle (a limit of 2 vehicles for a 2BR unit). This pass is good for the duration of your stay. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skies, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. *WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: All of our 5 Orange Beach Dreams properties are set up for routine use including fresh linens and a starter set of soaps, toilet paper and paper towels, and a single trash can liners. However, these products are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. We recommend that you bring extras or plan on a visit to a local store for additional supplies based on your needs. *PARKING: 🅿️ A $55.00 parking fee (per vehicle) is required at all Phoenix complexes. The condo looked just as listed. It was adequately stocked with all that was needed. But the best thing about it was it was very clean! Specifically the master bathroom which means so much!! I would definitely stay in this specific unit again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The unit was clean and beautiful! John was great to work with. The view to the ocean was amazing and the beach was very clean. We also really enjoyed the large pool and other amenities. Highly recommend this place!

Unit was very refreshing and big enough for 4 adults and 5 littles!! It was very clean and well maintained!! The girls were NOT fans of the sofa bed, springs were constantly poking them!! I used my own wi-fi but the others said they couldn't get any service!! Elevators were very slow and we always had to wait in line to get on!! Pool and pool area was very nice!! Location to the beach was awesome!! We will definitely try to book this unit again!!

All the rooms were beautiful very clean. Easy access to the beach from the building private walkway, kitchen had everything we needed. Tv for the kids in the heat of the day. Perfect view from the balcony, lots of dolphins very playful. Love this place!!!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Check in was easy. Amenities were excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to pool and beach. Security guards checked wrist bands and were roaming the property on a very regular basis I felt very safe and comfortable. Beach was very clean! Condo was so comfortable we will book again soon!!

After a change of plans, my tennis friends and I decided to find a condo on the beach for a few days of relaxing, good food and some tennis/pickle ball. So glad I found this condo. It was right on the beach, easy to get to, very nice and clean, had all the amenities that we needed. Check-in was easy and front desk personel were friendly and knowledgeable. The owners were quick to respond with information and answered all my questions and concerns. The only complaints I might have is the condition of the tennis/pickle ball courts, which was no fault of the owners. Out of four tennis courts only one was playable and it had pickle ball courts lines drawn on it making it somewhat confusing. The two pickle ball courts weren't playable at all which is why they probably had marked off the tennis court with one. However, there wasn't anyone else there playing, so we were able to use the one court for both. All in all we had a great few days of fun, relaxing, playing tennis/pickle ball and eating some great food. We would definitely return again and hopefully the courts will have been re-surfaced.

Great location with good views of the beach and easy access to everything Orange Beach has to offer. Condo is clean and everything is as described. Owners communicate all you need to know to make the most of your stay. We would have no problem staying there again in the future.

We loved the condo, it was perfect for what we needed. The only downfall is the parking is expensive! It was $50 per car. I feel the listing wasn’t super clear about the parking. We even reached out and asked about the parking prior and we’re under the impression it was included in our stay and it was not. Other than that it was a great stay and we would stay again.

Some updated dressers for storage of clothing are needed. Or maybe just repairing the current dressers The knobs on the dressers were missing, that made it difficult to store clothing in the dressers. We would used the closet in place of the dressers, however we forget to bring hangers. The property is beautiful. Maybe some more comfortable patio furniture. The place was beautiful.

Spring Break 2022, trip with two girls (ages 12 & 15). The unit was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Communication from owners was prompt. The building itself was well maintained and the location within Orange Beach was great. Just a few miles to Gulf Shores, out of the craziness but just close enough to find it if you wanted to! Thanks for providing a terrific home away from home! We will definitely return!
