Welcome to “Vintage Chateau 12” a 5-star modern property only 2 years young with brand new class furnishings and appliances all sitting on the beautiful surrounds of the Vintage precinct. This large and modern luxury comes with peaceful and scenic surrounds that you will not want to leave. A short stroll will see you at The Clubhouse, Legends Grill, function centre in just a couple of minutes. Wraparound spacious outdoor entertaining areas with spectacular landscape, fully fenced and perfect for the kids to play and kick a ball. Shaded deck with outdoor setting and a BBQ for entertainment all year round. Second patio have an outdoor SPA privately sheltered perfect for relaxing in the evening after a day full of activities. The house and backyard are also dog friendly (upon request). A cosy and comfy living room with a gas fireplace for those winter nights, and a complete entertainment cinema room with PS4 and surround system. The layout: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms provide accommodation for eight people to sleep in complete comfort or for a family to sprawl and relax. 8 guests maximum, car spaces allow for 2 cars ONLY on the property at any given time. 1 X King Bed with ensuite 2 X Queen Bed (1 with ensuite) 2 X King Singles Additional bathroom with comfy bath and a separate toilet. Stunning kitchen with brand new appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. Laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience Baby travel cot Please note: Vintage Chateau 12 is in a residential area. PLEASE respect our neighbors and restrict noise on the outside deck after 10 pm. nightly Complaints from neighbors, golfers and security regarding excessive noise or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated. The Vintage and its facilities: The Vintage is the Hunter Valley s premier residential golf course community with residences set around a world class, 18 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman. The 18-hole course measures 6,310 metres with a par of 71 and is the only Greg Norman-designed golf course in NSW that is accessible to the public. Vintage Chateau 12 is just a short stroll to the Vintage Chapel, the Clubhouse and all the facilities on offer. These include a 25m lap pool, children’s wading pool and relaxing hot tub. Near to this are the 2 championship tennis courts, electric barbecues, children playground and guests gym. The clubhouse itself hosts The Legends Grill which serves tasty meals from breakfast to dinner overlooking the 18th. The pro shop can assist with tee times and golfing equipment. Leading brand clubs are available for ;hire. Golf tuition is also available at The Vintage. Adjacent to the pro shop is the putting green, and just nearby you’ll find the chipping green and driving range. The Vintage is also the ideal location for corporate and group golf days, with specially tailored packages to suit small and large fields. The house was well designed with a large kitchen area. The outdoor spa was relaxing and fun. The bbq could have been cleaner but we didn’t need to use it. We would stay again for a getaway.

We wanted to take our cocker spaniel with us for the easter weekend so we booked this fab dog friendly house. For whatever reason, I had in my head that the house probably would be a little tired and drab because it is dog friendly......I was so happy to see that this home was up to our usual excellent standard of style and amenities. Would definitely recommend this house with its great layout and secure back yard. perfect for our family Easter weekend away. We will definitely book it again.

Great Property 4 bedrooms but we only needed 3. Super neat and tidy neat new house, close to Vintage centre. Excellent base for a Hunter Valley stay. Highly recommended.

2 of my girlfriends and our kids hired this property for the weekend. the layout of the house allowed us to have our own quarters which was great. the spa was hit with the kids and just a short stroll to the amenities of the resort. Would highly rate for a weekend away plus close to all the wineries with Bimbadgen right next door. Thanks Rhoda1

This property is incredible, it was immaculately clean, so spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was also so accomodating of all our requests and responded so quickly. I highly recommend this house and hope to be back soon.

Great house to stay at with children. The layout is great and the furniture and interior has a lux feel. The house had everything we needed except soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. Only a short drive to wineries which was handy. The spa and large backyard was great too! Thanks so much 😊

A good home to stay for the weekend. Just a few things that can make it even better. More basic supplies for the bathroom could be good. eg Shampoo, conditioner and body wash . More kitchen supplies could be handy paper towels , servettes and dishwashing liquid. Overall a great place for a group of friends to stay. A good place to stay for concerts.

This property is modern and spacious. It fulfilled our needs entirely throughout our stay. The house is quite large and has many areas for privacy. Our dogs loved the back yard and exploring the garden. It was perfect for our stay and for catching up with family.
