We enjoyed our stay in the hunter very much.
The size and location of the house was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable The kitchen and dinning area worked very well for our family
The outdoor areas were very dirty and needed a good clean including outdoor setting ( covered in spiders and cobwebs), garage area and BBQ ( was very dirty decided not to use it because of this ). There was also two bags of rubbish left at the garage door, The furniture in both lounge rooms was quiet stained and old. The lounge in the downstairs main bedroom had tears in it.

You can’t even whisper at this property, I was sent 10+ messages and emails prior to and during our stay which felt like
Spacious and nice
The backyard is only partially gated and this is not communicated in the advertisement clearly, nor was it communicated until I raised an issue. Fourth bedroom is exterior to the house, with different key access (again not clearly communicated) Endless and harassing communication and rules. Was told repeatedly to not make any noise even at 6pm on a Saturday night.

We had a wonderful week and it was very nearly perfect!
The house is wonderful, fabulous size and layout was perfect for two families with small kids. The fact our dogs could join us for Christmas was marvellous!
We are only providing this as feedback, and don’t mean to be negative - we did have a great time. There are just a few things that would have made it excellent! - there were no notes about their being a pool fob for the vintage pool. So we ended up paying $30 for a day pass, in the end we texted Weekenda and they let us know it was in a drawer (it was hidden at the back so we had no idea) - the white dining table chairs are not in great shape, a female guest in our party just sat down at the table for dinner on the first night and a crack that must have been there just split entirely. A second chair did something similar a few days later (this time it was a screw that just fell out when they sat down - we tried to fix it but couldn’t). - there were no ironing facilities / no iron (although there was an ironing board). It would also be amazing if there was a clothes horse as we didn’t have anywhere to hang up laundry which would have been amazing. - we followed instructions about keeping the air con above 20 degrees, but found it only worked in the main open plan living areas (fantastically!) but the bedrooms were very warm. - would be extra helpful if there were more serving plates, don’t need to be anything fancy. This was the only thing we felt was missing in the kitchen.
