Situated in Demere Park, this lovely house for $328 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Premiere location, furnishings, and linens. A 6 minute walk to the beach or 10 minutes to the Village. Enjoy grilling or relaxing in the privacy fenced back yard on the sun deck or covered porch. A large installed outdoor fan ensures you'll be cool on those warmer days. The home has a nicely equipped, bright kitchen and separate sunroom; is furnished with new, comfortable, and beautiful seating and bedding, four Samsung flat-screen TVs, a Blu-ray player, wi-fi, and an in-wall safe. Your pets are welcome, and there is even a small doggie door that opens to the fenced back yard. Beautiful, clean tiled floors throughout along with air purifiers make this pet-friendly home comfortable for everyone. There is plenty of parking, including a covered carport and additional paved parking in front of the house. There is a separate, indoor laundry room furnished with a new washer and dryer. Enjoy music from our Amazon Echo for room-filling sound. A new outdoor shower with hot water is the perfect place to rinse off the sand or enjoy a shower al fresco. A beach wagon, 2 umbrellas, 4 sand chairs, and an extra-large foldable dog crate are in the utility room, accessed from under the carport.

Wonderful St. Simons home! Parked the car when we arrived, and didn't use it again until we left. Perfect location to walk to beach and Village. The home was comfortably decorated and fully appointed with anything you would need for a beach vacation. We also loved how dog-friendly it was--made traveling a breeze. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a cute house that had plenty of room for six adults and one infant. Very close to the beach, easy walk or bike ride. Beautiful town with a nice downtown area. Lots of restaurants and shops to visit.

This spacious 3 bedroom house was very comfortable. The beds were great and no attention to detail was lost throughout the property. There were extra beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. There was even an auger available to use for the umbrella. Any time I had a question the owner was super quick to respond. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This house is close to the pier area and a lot of shops and restaurants. Very good kitchen and bathrooms. The WiFi was fast and reliable.

This house is the perfect place for a St Simons Island vacation. It's on a short, quiet, side street but is literally a 2 to 3 minute drive to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. You could probably walk to the village area in 5 to 10 minutes tops. The house is well stocked with anything you might need and check in/out is a breeze. The owner was extremely responsive and very kind. I hope we get the chance to stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood, loved the back porch area ! And was nice that they provided sheets to cover couch from the pups. Beds are comfortable . We had a wonderful time as always. Great communication with owners .

This vacation home exceeded our expectations! Clean and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable which is something often lacking in a rental. We brought our two dogs who were very happy in the house and the fully fenced backyard. The location on this quiet street is in close proximity to the beach and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. We had a lovely stay and plan to come back!

We had another excellent stay in St. Simons. Sea La Vie is very conveniently located and is very dog friendly, which is important for us and our pups. Bonnie is a great host and was extremely quick to reply for the small things we reached out about. Definitely a nice home and close to the restaurants and shops.

Great location, lovely and comfortable home
Our family had a wonderful time on the property. It was clean and bright, had responsive and informative hosts, and was comfortable indoors and out. The outdoor lights and fan made for enjoyable evenings, and there were two distinct areas to relax inside. It was minutes walk from the beach, the cart with beach supplies was a huge plus, and the outdoor shower a great convenience. It was also just a short walk or bike to the to the village for some ice cream or shopping. Beyond the beach, there were lots of things to do nearby. We particularly enjoyed a sunset cruise with Captain Matt on the String of Pearls, visits to Fort Frederick and the very knowledgeable ranger tours, and a trip to Jekyll Island’s Turtle Rehabilitation Center and Driftwood Beach. We will definitely be planning a return trip, perhaps next time with our doggies.

The cottage is adorable. We found it to be very clean and well equipped with all items needed in the kitchen. We made quite a few dinners at the house and enjoyed the outside patio in the back while the dogs played within the fenced yard. There were plenty of towels for all 7 family members. The water pressure in the showers is amazing. The cottage is within walking distance of the beach and if you are just bringing a towel and chair the walk is fine. If you have more to carry, and prefer not to walk, I would suggest renting a golf cart to get around the island and the beaches easily. We walked to 5th street beach with all our gear each day. There is a beach cart available in the outside storage to put your chairs and umbrella in. This was very convenient and we enjoyed walking the 3 blocks without issue. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood park each evening and to town for shopping. The only complaint is the king bed in the smaller bedroom. Although comfortable, there is a large dip in the mattress in the middle of the bed. My husband and I would find ourselves rolling into it during the night often. The master king bed was very comfortable and my sister and her husband would remark how comfortable the bed was every morning. Bonnie was available for questions and answered quickly. We are looking forward to staying again in the future and would recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting St. Simons Island.

This is the perfect beach cottage on St. Simon's! The space, the yard and the location were everything we could ask for. We loved having our pups with us and wouldn't change a thing about this rental. It helped that we had wonderful weather too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
