Close to downtown- walking distance to downtown and the stadium. It was very welcoming for game day. Staff was very friendly and they had a set up bar with cocktails

This location was walking distance from the convention center, downtown Knoxville was walking distance I loved I parked my car and didn’t move it again till departing.
Parking is pay per day and rooms were expensive. To not include parking that was a bit much .

The staff were always friendly and helpful
We used the sofa bed, but the mattress was very poor.

beautiful place and very nice rooms
We were in the lobby at check in time but were told our room wasn’t ready, it was 3 hours before we got into our room. Other than that the rest of the stay was great. They also waived the parking fees for the weekend.
