Loved the front desk crew. It was very clean and convenient for all the things we were traveling for. We stayed in the king suite with balcony what a beautiful view of the knoxville.
I would say we would love a option to park somewhere and not valet but valet was great and wasn't a deal breaker.

Very clean hotel. Great staff. Beautiful.
When were arrived they were overbooked. Took my (2) Queen reservation and moved us into a King "suite" with a pullout couch. My daughter in law slept on that couch. It was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I paid nearly $300 for her to have a miserable night.
