This property interior has so much to offer; two sitting rooms can easily give your family the space to spread out. A Christmas stay would be like staying in a Christmas card house. Our family of 6 (my husband and I, our two children (5 and 8) and my senior parents (65+) spent the weekend here while attending a gymnastics meet for our son. The property delighted us all, young and old. We had plenty of space to spend time all together and also have privacy when needed. It's even prettier in person than the pictures. The location is fabulous. We appreciated the little extras you don't always find in a rental (fans beside the beds, plenty of hangers in the closets, high quality towels and bedding, throw blankets to make the living spaces extra cozy). Our host, Zoe, checked on us throughout our stay but since the place was so well equipped, we never needed a thing. I would absolutely book this property again anytime our travels take us to Roswell.

Every thing we needed was supplied: coffee, creamer, tea, sugars & lots of pans & utensils! All instructions were superb & easy check in/out. Highly recommend the Noble Cottage & will definitely stay again! Thank you to the owner for all you attention to details. We felt welcomed & enjoyed our stay immensely!

Fabulous house! Immaculate and decorated so cool! This house inside goes on and on with rooms shooting off to the left and right. So much room to spread out and find your own space. The backyard is huge with its own sitting area and fire pit. The location can’t be beat. Two houses in from happening Canton Street, yet no noise can be heard. What a great little, walkable town. Came for a wedding and took in all the sights and sounds while there. Will definitely reserve again when in the area.

Our family attended a wedding at Primrose Cottage in Roswell. This property is so cute and nicely decorated. Everything was very comfortable and the host was very easy to work with and very easy to communicate with. The location was perfect to walk to many cute shops and restaurants on Canton street, and it was also a comfortable and nice place to just hang out as a family. I loved that all of the bedrooms had small fans for sounds. The island had an ice machine in it as well as a little wine cooler. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great place in the Roswell area.

What a perfect house for our family visit. Everything about this house is perfection! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is extremely well provisioned, bathrooms are great! The location is unmatched! We had a fabulous time walking to get coffee, drinks and dining! So much to offer in this location and house! We will definitely return.

This house was very comfortable and welcoming for our family. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms made it perfect for all of us to get ready for the rehearsal dinner and wedding we were attending. Also, it was in a great location for walking to all the amazing restaurants and shops in Roswell. Recommend it to anyone staying as a group in this part of Georgia.

I have to say the Noble Cottage was a perfect stay. My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and got ready here. The house is prime location for Downtown Roswell, and they even have a golf cart available for renting! (We took it to and from our wedding venue). Communication with host was great 👍.

Perfect Stay
I have to say the Noble Cottage was a perfect stay. My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and got ready here. The house is prime location for Downtown Roswell, and they even have a golf cart available for renting! (We took it to and from our wedding venue). Communication with host was great 👍.

Owner make excuses about the maintenance and housekeeping issues. The Front Door Security Box had a completely flew out as I pressed the last code digit, the gadget catapulted straight off the front porch. Running toilets(s) when I arrived. Dirty pair of socks found in the closet shelf, used bath towels, and 2 giant roaches in the master bedroom greeted me when I arrived. One night a giant cockroach chased me around the living room before it shot under the sofa. The maintenance prodded me to tell him the security code when he came to the fix the toilets, fix the front door, fix the non-working illuminated “artwork “. The property needs a thorough professional fumigation and an investigation by health inspectors. The “jack&jill” bathroom ceiling looked it could have been featured in the movie “The Birds” with the massive tears in the painted plaster ceiling. The entire house had a moldy/mildew odor. The fireplace mantle framing appeared soot stained; however, it could have been mildew. For the price of the rent, you could have stayed in the Four Seasons probably. The experience was very awful.

Beautiful property exquisitely maintained! Owner extremely responsive. Close to Canton street and all of the shopping and dining. The only issue for us was getting the TVs to work with the fire stick. Honestly though there is so much to see and experience that there isn’t a great deal of time for television. I highly recommend this lovely home !!! We will be staying there again in the future.
