Situated in Balboa Peninsula, this charming house for $1,100 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This duplex has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling. Each unit has totally separate entrances (upstairs and downstairs unit). Both units have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths so you will have 6 bedrooms in all. There is a 2 car garage/carport - 2 sets of washers/dryers and all of the beach gear you will need including 6-8 beach cruisers and 1-3 children's bikes to take a ride down the boardwalk. The upstairs unit has a larger patio with built in deck and bench, bbq and plenty of room to hang your towels. The downstairs patio is a little smaller but also has a bench and bbq. The downstairs master bedroom has ensuite/bathroom and washer/dryer. The property is just steps to the beach (no beach view from inside the house but if you step outside you can see the sand and the ocean). This is a great location, close to everything by bike or walking but not too close to the chaos of the pier. There is also a great little park across the street with swings and a jungle gym as well as basketball courts. You can't beat this location and we provide so much stuff for your stay including, kitchen necessities, bathrooms basics, all linens, beach towels and beach gear, cleaning supplies, basic soaps, shampoos, etc... N.B. STL License #SLP12757 / #SLP12756 You can also rent just the downstairs unit (listing number 641842) or just the upstairs unit (615772) Please do us both a favor, do NOT make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. I check in all of my guests, we have noise alert equipment and Ring Cameras. There are no visitors permitted to come to the house without prior permission, only the guests included on the reservation. Noise on patio is not permitted after 9 pm. If you can live with all of that then we would love to have you as our guests! We travel quite a bit and stay in rentals and hotels and this is one of the best well-stocked places we have ever been to. It made packing and prepping for the trip SO easy. It's about a block from the beach - meaning we all felt comfortable sending our kids by themselves (ages 10 to 16). Instructions were clear and comprehensive. Great communication with owner. If we plan another beach trip for our family, we would choose this place again!

We could not have been happier staying here. We rented both units and it was perfect. It looked newly remodeled, was very clean, fully stocked with all the things! Soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent for dishes and laundry, a plethora of beach towels, all things fun for the beach, bikes, surf boards, wet suits, beach chairs, etc!..and located just a very short walk to the beach. Our group had a blast!! Thanks for putting so much work into making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend!!

This was a perfect location for a larger group stay! Our group really enjoyed this home in Newport Beach for our experiential learning high school student's project week! The home was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities we needed! The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating to our large group!! Would definitely come back again!!

14 of my family members stayed at this beach house. This place had everything you need and more. Great location. Safe and clean neighborhood. High quality beds. A garage spot for two cars which was great! We played at beach. Tons of chairs and supplies to haul down to the beach. Plus all the beach towels are provided. It really helped to not have to pack all these sort of things. Plus, my kids were able to try out surfing for the first time. We utilized the bikes in the garage a lot too. A favorite discovery was the donut shop walking distance away that was open 24-7. Amazing pastries! I will add that the owners are quick to respond, very clear with their expectations, and are super accommodating if needed. I would work with them again, hands down! We are a clean, fun group who valued this quality place to enjoy at the end of September.

All 16 of us girls slept comfortably! B unit was nice that both bathrooms were down the hall and not connected to a bedroom. There was a washer and dryer in the master in the A unit, but also in the locked garage area. While we didn't use them, the house had sooo much stuff for the beach. This house would be great for a family reunion or two families wanting to travel together.

This property was absolutely amazing. It had EVERYTHING you can imagine. And I mean EVERYTHING. Bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, surfboards, towels, chairs, and a wonderful wagon with huge wheels to make it easy to maneuver in the sand. Check-in and instructions were flawless. Lisa is super easy to talk to and very attentive. My family used the entire unit up and down and we stayed 10 days so the laundry was a must, and both units came with one. The showers were hot, the beds were comfy. We cooked about 1/2 of the time and we had all the appliances and cookware that we needed without being too much. We loved the outdoor space on the top floor. We kept inside after quiet hours and made plenty of reasonable noise so it's not like you have to whisper. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance of just about everything. We loved having Handel's ice cream and donuts from City and Seashore donuts. We all rode bikes to the pier and took the ferry over to the island and felt very safe doing so. It was so amazing and was like a dream vacation for all of us. My kids can't even believe the awesomeness of everything. Once we all save enough money, we will be back. Thank you Lisa for everything. There are not enough words to express how much we loved everything! Worth every penny!

Wonderful location. Less than a minute walk to the sand. A nice leisurely 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the Newport pier. The units are great. A/C and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Units come with lots of beach toys and beach equipment...bikes, chairs, boards and wet suits. I can't say enough about Lisa Li. She made the whole experience a joy. Check in and check out, flawless. She wants her tenants to enjoy their stay and have a great time in her properties. Thanks Lisa.

We were looking for a place where we could be by the beach and near Disneyland. This was a perfect location! Lisa was very responsive to all questions. We can't say enough about how great it was to have bicycles, wet suits, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. available. This was a driving factor in our decision making and it was perfect for our group. Loved it!

The proximity to the beach was great. It’s an easy walk for little kids. The beach is very clean and far enough away from the pier to be quiet. The playground is directly across the street. The house was clean, well outfitted, and comfortable. We would definitely come again.

We booked both units to host 16 family members for the Thanksgiving holiday and to celebrate our wedding. We created countless memories over the course of our stay, in large part because of where we chose to stay. My list of compliments is lengthy, including the location just steps from the sand, the amenities, cleanliness, check in and check out process, the prompt responses from Lisa to our questions, the open spaces inside and on the deck for hanging out, bonding and entertaining, etc. etc. For our crew, the bikes were the best part. Kids used them during the day and adults used them to break away for a beverage at night. I’ve already told Lisa we plan to book again. Bottom line is you will not be disappointed if you book 121 37th Street!

Absolutely beautiful weekend getaway for anyone trying to relax near the calm waters of Newport Beach. Cleanliness and commodities of the venue are top notch and the property manager made our stay so much more enjoyable with great communication and accommodations. The beach is literally a few steps away with many delicious restaurants and food stops right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's property. Everything was as advertised. Both the upstairs and downstairs are well decorated, comfortable living spaces. We enjoyed watching movies at night after a fun day at the beach. The air conditioning was a very nice treat, something we haven't had in 20 years of vacationing in Newport. The outdoor patio on the second level was fun to play games and cards at night. Everything was clean, plenty of beach towels and the bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc made it easy to fly in and enjoy the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Lisa was excellent to work with and very accommodating.

Our family had a great time at this property. The location is awesome, just a block away from the beach. It also gets you away from the nighttime boardwalk noise. Beds were comfortable, showers were great, lots of toys supplied for beach fun. Be aware there are two separate units -- they do not connect from the inside. Depending on your family group, that is a plus or minus. Great communication by property owner when needed.

We came to Newport Beach for a relaxing family reunion. We had 9 adults, 2 kids, 2 toddlers, and a baby! Everything that you need or want was here at the beach house!! There are books, games, beach toys galore!! Wet suits in every size along with surfboards, boogie boards , bikes (with every size of helmets), corn hole, beach chairs.... so many amenities!!!!We didn’t want to ever leave!Lisa Li is amazing and kind and hasn’t forgotten any details with her lovely beach house!We hope to make this a new tradition with out family!!
