About this apartment rental
Ca’ Bella Studio is a small family-appartment which is located on the ground floor in an area of the historic center of Venice, behind the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco, with a supermarket and small grocery stores within walking distance, very easy landing of Arsenale and San Zaccaria stop (landing place of the public lines coming from Airport, Railway Station and Piazzale Roma), is located in the heart of the city, but still remaining in a peaceful, characteristic area.
The apartment has just been lovingly restored and is composed of a double bedroom with one double bed (linen and towels are provided), a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with some basic foods (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, pepper etc.).
The heating is independent and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is a small apartment ideal for short stays in Venice.
The use of the wifi is included in the price.
Final cleaning and the supply of sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.

Excellent location. All conveniences. Wonderful connection with the owners at all times, before and during. Exceptionally kind to allow us to rebook when we had to cancel at the very last minute because of a death in the family. Highly recommended.

The apartment was just as described. Was very clean & Francesca was an excellent host. She gave great recommendations for restaurants and very clear instructions overall. We absolutely loved our stay here.

This was a great location for Venice. So close to the historic area and plenty of food options around. Francesca was so easy to work with. She provided clear instructions on how to get to her place from the train station. She even allowed us to check out later in the day since she did not have any booking next. We will return someday!
