Posizione eccellente, vicina ai trasporti e a tutti i servizi. C'è anche un buon ristorante proprio sotto l'appartamento. Piazza San Marco si trova a due passi. Spazi comodi e ben vivibili. Appartamento ben arredato, cucina ben attrezzata. L'agenzia che ha curato l'accoglienza è stata molto disponibile e ha rapidamente risolto una problematica relativa al pagamento, causata da una mia svista.
Due piccole pecche:
- l'accoglienza fatta da una persona che non parlava neanche una parola d'italiano (che nel mio caso non è stato un problema, ma potrebbe creare problemi ad altri che non parlano inglese)
- il bagno, poco pulito (il WC puzzava di urina) e la doccia di difficile utilizzo (asta del soffione non funzionante e miscelazione dell'acqua impossibile: si passava da acqua bollente a acqua congelata)

Die Lage ist super, ruhig und doch mittendrin. Vom Balkon aus der Blick aufs Wasser.
Die Klima anlage war kaputt. In den Schlafräumen gab es sehr laute Aufstellgeräte. Der Wohnbereich war selbst in der Nacht 28 ° warm.

Lage und Größe der Wohnung Wunderbar für 4 Personen (Familie- das eine Schlafzimmer ist im Zwischenstock ohne Türe)
Gute Ausstattung. In jedem Raum Klimaanlage. (Aber sehr laut- damit kann man nicht schlafen)
Leider muss man alleine für das Mückenproblem die Punkte weniger geben. Obwohl ein Mückenschläger und Mückenspray vorhanden war haben wir nicht gut geschlafen. An dieser Stelle so nah an den Kanälen kann man meiner Meinung nach ausschließlich (!) mit festen Mückengittern an allen(!) Fenstern und der Balkontür etwas erreichen. Diese sollten bitte unbedingt eingebaut werden! Dann gibt es volle Punktzahl und wir kommen wieder.
