Amazing location, with a gorgeous little balcony over the canal. Close to a central vaporetto stop and felt very safe and air con worked great. Communication was great and accessing building for self check in went smoothly.
Would have been great to have a fan in bedrooms as air con was only in living room. Main door of building didn’t really lock which was a slight security concern but nothing major.

Location was great especially with a view of the river. The air con was good too being summer
The whole place needed some TLC especially the shower. Dirty grout, shower door was off its hinges due to rust. The host did offer to get someone to come and look but needs replacing rather than fixing. Kettle didn’t work, bed frame quite frayed. Like many let places it’s a money maker that they do t reinvest in. Would I stay here again if visiting the area? Only if the issues above were addressed. Also a great supermarket across the bridge which is handy but it has deliveries early each morning with loud trollies!

The apartment is located in a lovely spot, overlooking a canal. It's a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The building is historic but nicely restored, and the balcony above the canal is an added bonus. Two bedrooms were very convenient for a family with kids. Little historic elements in the apartment added a nice authentic touch the place.
Some small upgrades could elevate the whole experience: providing a bottle of water upon check-in, leaving several coffee pods for the coffee machine, and upgrading the bed linens. Providing more detailed instructions, i.e. the apartment floor, for a check-in in advance could be helpful as well.
