La ubicación del apartamento está muy bien, muy cerca de los sitios turísticos y medios de transporte. La chica estuvo pendiente en todo lo que necesitaba y nos dio indicaciones de cómo llegar al apartamento. Fue muy amable y atenta.
Hay mosquitos, pero esto es en general de todo Venecia. y hay que tener en cuenta que es un tercero sin ascensor (indicado en el anuncio), estaba un poquito lejos el supermercado.

Excellent location, everything was easy to reach on foot or by Vaporetto. The air conditioning was a god sent. We took breaks at the apartment during the hottest time of the day.
The 3 flights of stairs aren’t half as bad as everyone makes them out to be. And you usually only have to carry your luggage up once.

Location was very good, close to the center
It wasn't very clean. There was mold on the bed sheets and walls. Also there were quite a lot of spider webs throughout the apartment in visible areas, right next to the mold.
Quite difficult to access the apartment due to the stair cases especially for elderly people (luckily it wasn't our case)
