Go somewhere else.

It’s in Venice.

The place was dirty, furniture was broken, carbon monoxide alarm beeping all the time. It was extremely hot and this place has no airco.

Good enough for one night stay

Good enough for one night, served our party of four

First of all, we never received proper entrance instructions, even after paying the city tax. No one contacted us with lock box code or gave us the keys of meet us. We didn't know what to do. Luckily, my son, happened to try the lock box which was apparently not locked, and that is how we got in. Terrible communication from the managers/owners. The place looks and feels very old, in need of repairs. The sheets on one of the beds were wet due to being too close to some sort of pipe, which was leaking. It is located far from the city center and the restaurants, the streets looked scary to walk thru at night. It served its purpose for one night, but if you have to stay longer, I would not recommend.

Glad it was one night only

The location was central

The pictures in the website were not a true reflection of the property

Good value in a nice are!

The location was really nice and convenient, I appreciated we could have a little kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Bed linen and towels were extremely clean!

The apartment in general wasn’t the cleanest place ever, but more than decent.

El departamento tiene todo lo necesario y los servicios funcionaban bien. No tengo ninguna queja.

Las escaleras al subir estaban un poco inclinadas pero no afectan en nada nuestra estancia. La fachada del edificio pudiera mejorar .

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e ottima posizione

Stanza sporca e dimensioni ridotte delle stanze. Pochi servizi, solo quelli necessari.
