Casa sulla Laguna is a comfortable, peaceful, clean and complete place. Claudio gave us easy directions to find the place and even gave us excelllent recommendations in restaurants, grocery markets and navigating the area. We got the room up the third floor and we had a surprising view of a lovely garden on someone's yard. That was a plus. As we were relaxing outside on the provided chairs and tables along the alley with our wine, the missus gave us some small snacks to go with our wine. Very friendly and accomodating. We will definetely come back to this place.

Claudio and staff made our stay memorable. He is very personable. He messaged us day before arrival with directions from the water taxi to the hotel. He provided details such as grocery store and restaurants just steps away. He even walked us to a restaurant away from the tourist area one evening.
This hotel is in a great location. Close walk to attractions such as Doges Palace and St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, as well as water transportation.
We stayed in a larger room with garden views. It was comfortable and spacious and clean.
Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Sulla Laguna, the room was clean and had everything we needed, the staff went out of their way to help including the lady at the desk helping us with our luggage up two flights of stairs. Our visit to Italy included three different cities and these accommodations were the best and our host (Claudio) was the best, he was very friendly and went out of his way to help us, including reserving us a Water Taxi and recommending restaurants, etc. We highly recommend these accommodations as they made us feel like part of their family!
